Jackson County DFCS is Now Double Dipping

Alice Samantha Thomason, the real mother of Autumn Destiny DeShawna Thomason, Karly Nicole and Sara Louvelle Texanna Wilfarwn these children were stolen by Jackson County Ga DFCS for Profit

Jackson County DFCS and the State of Georgia have a great racket better known as shakedown going on when it comes to the snatching of children for money. It is not enough that they steal children and then hold them for Title IV funding. They go one more step in the abuse of the parent. They turn around and force the parent to pay child support. Please tell me why they are double dipping?
This Morning Samantha appeared before the Jackson County Child Support Recovery person by the name of Ms Riggs. She, being Samantha was told that she now has to pay $148.00 per week per child of which she has three in Child Support plus she has to repay back support.
Now this is the most ludicrus thing besides the stealing of her children I have ever heard. For starters Samantha does not make that kind of money. She is trying to get a place for her and the girls so they can come home and these idiots want to make her pay while they keep her children in foster care where the foster care provider is making over 16,000.00 per year which is tax free.
Would some one please tell me what is wrong with this picture. Jackson County DFCS has now gone into the lawn shark business and Samantha is the person paying the VIG. (For those of you who don’t have a law enforcment background it means she is repaying the loan with interest that she will never be able to pay back) So that being said, again Jackson County DFCS Tempra Fields, Judge Kevin Guidry, Rebecca Boles and Deidra Shad are trying to force Samantha to give up her rights to her children by keeping her down.
Not going to happen! Jackson County DFCS earns money off those children throught TITLE IV and now they want to earn money off them via Samantha. It is called double dipping. Which means they have their hands in not one but two cookie jars. The only people who suffer are Samantha and the girls.
It is time for Jackson County DFCS to step up to the plate and do their job in helping her get housing if they are are going to take her paycheck. It is their job under Title IV funding to help her do that in order to be reunified with her children – that is the only thing left for her to do and they are trying to stop her from reaching that goal. They want her to have NO money so when they go back to court on Feb 17th they can say that she is not doing what she is supposed to do and they can keep the children from her.

CPS Steals Kids for other funds also. Check out your CPS financial records for Program Income. I am an attorney for parents in Luzerne County, Pa Home of the “Kids for Cash” scandal. Our CPS makes that scandal seem like a minor infraction!

They are and have been seeking outkids that receive SS or SSI and keep them longer than other kids. CPS collects the social security payments and it becomes program income. This is important because program income can be used in any of the 33 cost categories in the CPS budget. It is not restricted money.

CPS uses their regular budget to pay Foster parents etc for these kids then seeks reinbursement for Sate and Fed Money. They are double dipping and accuring unrestricted money to pay the bloated amount of employees in CPS.

Our county portion of the budget last year was $5m and Program Income was $869,000.00. They collected over 17% of the county budget additional money. The two previos years program income were $1,026,000.00 and $1,500,000.00. They have decreased it beause they know that they are being watched.

Check out how many kids are receiving social security in your county, I am sure you will be shocked.

Yes, they expect biological parents to pay child support, because after all, the state is supporting the child….they pay the foster parents a minimal amount to care for the children. they pay for their clothing. they pay for medical care, court costs, parents attorneys, therapies. whyshould the parents be free and clear in paying for some of this stuff?
