This Site is dedicated to information about the corruption and abuse of Child Protective Services. It is about the horror stories of how CPS abducts and then sells children legally and without due process. This site will include the laws they use in order to do this.
It will also contain the horror stories of parents including my own daughter who have had their children snatched and then the abuse the parents are exposed to by the system in order to force them to sign away their rights.
This site hopefully will educate parents who have unjustly lost their children to help give them the tools they need in order to fight to get their kids back and to shut down the abuse in the system.

I do believe that our system is broken. I was shut down to talk about the corruption but have learned to fight like an attorney instead. These criminals do not like the exposure. As an Independent Management Consultant it is best to share information like this. My kids were taken as well and it is gonna stop one way or another. This is a great site for information that all parents can use as part of their defense. People need to get together and expose these people who are stealing our children and violating our rights. But if their is a family member who can take the children under KLG (Kingship Guardianship) would be the best advice. You need to let the court know that you will be willing to help raise them. Fighting the system is an unreachable goal. Just talk with your daughter and take your grandchildren. Keep them in the family circle. Thank You for providing all this information. This is not my first waltz with CPS, I have been involved with these people for years. I know the system – know how it works and I know how to fight it – They will not shut me down not matter how hard they try. If you read my bio you will know why.

Dear Yvonne, Does your daughter E-mail. I have “two other friends (one is a Foster parent, the other is the biological “Patricia Vickers” mother, that have had their children taken away). Patricia “use to” do alot of bloging asking for “input re: her son Noah- 6 yrs old being physically assualted while being bused to school. Ever so “ironically” she looks alot like your daughter. This site literally made me cry! I have a story myself that i would like to share. When i first got pregnant with my daughter who was born a day before my birthday.. I had an abusive mother and stepfather. So at the age of 15 i was on my own I ran away! Living from house to house staying with my friends Struggling. I was staying in rundown houses..Basically anywhere i could rest my head.. I met My daughters father when i was 17 he took off on me when i was only 3 months pregnant to peruto rico where he got encarcerated for 6 to 9 years! Having no family to support me through anythingggg!!! My daughter will be 3 july 18 and i will be 21 july 19! Its been almost 4 years since ive seen her father.. So I moved back in with my mom when i had my daughter.. I never left the house Because it was in the middle of nowhere!! I took care of my daughter 24/7 She changed my life and motivated me to never give her the life i had … my mother gave me!! NOTHING!! My granparents raised me most of the time!! After my grandfather died My family went literally crazy and thats when i took off! I then moved back in my Grams house When my daughter was about 6 months old. I took a bus everyday 20 miles back and forth, while my gram watched my daughter so i could get my diploma and work.. I worked FOR LUZERNE COUNTY!!PLUS went to school! I kept my promise to my daughter!! I never gave up! I did this for a whole year. The agency i went to saw that i was struggling to get there everyday WALKING THRU RAIN TO GET TO THE BUILDING,GETTING SEXUALLY HARASSED etc!!So they helped me get a car! I then got My diploma and got the highest score in my class!! I then saved money to finally get my apt. i I DID it! SO THEN APPLIED FOR THE WOMEN WITH CHILDREN PROGRAM AT MISERICORDIA UNIVERSITY LUCKILY I WAS ACCEPTED INTO THE UNIVERSITY !!!! THIS WAS IT I FINALLY GOT MY LIFE TOGEETHER! In april i had an interview 1 month after jocelyn was placed in foster care for the women with children program.. When i had to tell the director what happened and that my daughter is in a foster home it made me sick..IT RUINED MY CHANCES!!BY JOCELYN BEING IN A FOSTER HOME I WAS DENIED OF ACCEPTANCE TO THE PROGRAM!! IM SCARRED FOR LIFE BECAUSE OF THIS!!! cPS RUINED MY FUTURE !! For almost 2 years me and my daughter lived in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in a secure building. I was so proud of myself!! I then Got a Great job at a travel company.. I was making a GREAT amount of money. It felt too good to be true after all i have been through! My daughter had everything she wanted. We went everywhere! I Would come home after work everyday make dinner eat at the table with my daughter Sleep together. You name it we did it!She was my best friend Untill i became very drepressed after being taken off of my antidepressents COLD TURKEY!! Dosent sound right dose it?! I became very sick even suicidal. I never felt thiis way before in my life.. I went to my mother for help and asked her if she would watch Jocelyn so i can go into the hospital and she said yes!! Even she knew i wasnt right. That night as i was packing my bag to head out to the hospital. CHILREN AND YOUTH KNOCKED ON THE DOOR!!! They came in and told me a bunch of CRAP that came from my mothers mouth 3 days before hand!! I couldnt believe my mother was trying to set me up!!!! So cps asked me who is going to watch jocelyn while your in the hospital? and i said my mother… They then said she couldnt so i had to call my grandmother.. They then let my daughter go with her. I signed myself into the hospital that night… I woke up the next day in the hospital to a phone call from my mother saying ” Krissy the went to grammas house and just took jocelyn and put her in a foster home!!!!! I collapsed to my knees and had to be tranquelized!! 2 days later i had to sign myself out to go to court to get her back with my grandmother!! It was granted. When i got out of the hospital i got to see her 3 weeks later because i wasnt allowed to have contact with my daughter. I couldnt even go to easter dinner!! It was pure torture!! I attempted suicide but the only thing that stopped me was my daughter!! Im all she has!! They took her on march 25 2010 and i still dont know why shes in placement WHAT DID I DO WROOONG!!!! CPS wont tell me!! I now get to see my daughter for 1 hour a week!! sHE NOW HAS A RUPTURED GROWTH PLATE WITH A CAST ALL THE WAY UP TO HER SHOULDER!!i BELIEVE SHES BEEN MOLESTED!! SHE CALLS ME KRISTEN! I will be 21 on july 19 my daughter will be 3 july 18 . Im sure i wont see her on her birthday thats how cruel the system is!! I even made it on the front page of the newspaper got to citizensvoice.com type families rally against children and youth. This is happening everywhere and it needs to stop!! CHILDREN AND YOUTH RUINED MY LIFE!!!!! I HOPE THE PLACE BURNS DOWN!! I truly believe if this dosent end soon im going to have a nervouse breakdown!! I hope we can all come together and do somthing about this!! I hope the parents that deserve their children get them back!! DONT GIVE UP!!

Five years have passed since you shared your story. I’ve recently been online researching these issues, seeking solutions and have been overwhelmed emotionally to fins so many horror stories that occur every day. Me, I’m 66 and just learned my grand daughter, Yamina, has been removed from by daughter, Naomi, in New Mexico, by CPS and placed in foster care. I live in Texas. Furthermore, a second heartbreak was that my eldest son knew about this when it happened in February, didn’t tell me, even though we text and I write. Now that several months have elapsed, I’m thinking CPS had no intention to include me in any decisions. Naomi is mentally ill since a teenager. Haven’t heard from her or news of Yamina in 1 1/2 years until this, my worst fear, happened. I sobbed all weekend and now feel sick. After trying to find out what protocol or agency will at least find out about my grand daughter, I came across all these sites & learned this weekend how rare it is for CPS to ever let a child even stay in touch with those who really love and cherish them, adding trauma and feeling no one cares is hellish for all. For me to be unable to show my grand daughter I cherish her and stay in touch, so she and CPS and foster parents know she is cherished, she has family that does care. This is one of the hardest things and is consuming my energy and thoughts, but the helplessness I refuse to accept!
Anyway, about you, my heart goes out to you, young woman. I wonder if anything good has happened in these 5 years since you wrote in this blog? I hope so! Wish I could just hug you and we could sit down with coffee and have a good woman talk and yes, a good cry. I wanted you to know I am going to be saying your name and your daughter’s name in heartfelt prayers and petitions. Also, I’m going to be praying for all involved in this, cps, judges, attorneys, our nation, foster parents>>> something has to give, must be changed to be fair, humane. When they say “in the best interests of the child” I want to puke. I’m going to be approaching it from legal view also. I mean, every child has the right to know they have family, if at all possible. Isn’t that child’s rights as a citizen being as defined in the Constitution? Since when do humans belong to the government?
Never give up hope, we never know what might happen from moment to moment. Stay strong and care for yourself please. We can do no good if we fall to pieces and stop living right.

This is currently happening to my Aunt she was in the process of adobting her grandchild since her daughter cannot raise him. The daughter signed over her rights and in the middle of the process they came and took him so now no one has any rights to him since my cousin signed off and the adoption wasn’t finished.

This website is ridiculous. I suppose if the author had her way, no one would ever be reimbursed and there would be no dcfs at all. Child protective services doesn’t steal children. People make stupid mistakes and place their parenthood into jeopardy. MOST foster parents strive to do well. MOST child protective services employees strive to do well. The system has a hard time keeping up with an epidemic of poor parenting and a society lacking moral virtue while being chronically underfunded and ill-equipped for battle.

In the state of Alabama, I completed Everything and BEYOND in my “case plan”. While on the stand, my attorney was able to PROVE the DHR worker (known as CPS in other states ) in countless lies! I am a returning Veteran suffering PTSD so that was there issue . And the fact that I had no family was a horrible tragedy forcing my happy, generous, loving, talented, affectionate children into foster care Separately with complete strangers! Why??
Because I faught the system. THE DHR employee who stated “I depend on my children too much for my emotional well being.”? Coming from someone who doesn’t have children telling me that I love mine too much? I attained treatment, housing, EVERYTHING. SHE was CAUGHT in lies and refusing me an accurate ISP! YET WHAT HAPPENED? My parental rights were severed “with no justifiable reasons” according to my attorney! Same answer she gave me on the appeal. She did tell me that the DHR got more money for putting my kids on medicenes that are THOROUGHLY MESSING THEM UP!! Q

You obviously look at people’s true personal stories as if everyone is a liar. You carried to the opposite extreme what you think is the purpose of this blog. Since you made it through law school and practice Family Law, your thought processes ought to be more wisely and finely honed. No one said eradicate CPS, but many believe, and rightly so, that the whole system, including courts, need a major overhaul to become more just and fair, more accountability (since, as you brought up in your 2nd sentence of your rude comment using word “reimbursements”) since huge amounts of federal money is involved, and more humane solutions to problems that cause children so much suffering and loss that’s irredeemable. Your statements are opinion when you use words like “most” rather than true statistics, right? Then grant us our opinions, too. Your failure to offer any solutions and obvious inability to think or speak unbiased places you in the position of being thought of as a “Troll” in here. Do you go to other blogs and support groups and say similar things? What is your purpose, anyway? To help? Or to chide and remove hope for reconciliation with your contempt and generalizing people into shame? Really, why DID you jump in only to accuse, generalize victims, and defend the system that’s NOT doing things “in the best interest of the child” frequently enough? Yes, human error will occur, no one expects perfect judgements except from God Almighty! It’s sad that a person in your position could be coming up with better ways of handling all this and you could demand CPS is not allowed to lie or exagerate, to bring about simple changes that would mean so much.

I would think you being an officer of the courts and law, you would have an ethical and moral consciousness to justice and what’s right. You being in family law makes it hard to understand why you wouldn’t want to most definitely see justice in a family court situation. Dhr may very well save some children from horrible acts but at what cost?
Tonight I watched them come in to remove my nephew from his grandmother who has had him for a year and whom we have all invested time in had been traumatized once again. Does she deserve him …. Lets see? He was clothed, clean, good natured. We took him to therapy and showed him love and what attention was like. He wasnt abused, malnurished, or the like. He had good attendance and grades in school, he was respectful and kind. We were just in court last week where the same department who recommended he stay where he was. I called to find out why he was being removed to find they only had an order of warning for compliance with a 7 day warning to give time to give compliance proof to the foster resource. To me sir, this is all injustice. His mental wellbeing would be at the top of my list for determining injustices. I would feel like that should make you furious that the law is used wronfully in their favor to take a child and hinder him emotionally without due process because they wouldn’t tell her what she needed to do to comply.
Think maybe this is rare?
My son was taken by my ex-husband and I received a divorce without my knowledge or consent. He also took all visitation rights and didn’t tell me for over a month (when an appeal was no longer an option) during the one time I was allowed to see him in 2015. He was an abusive, narcissistic, sociopath who took my right to visitation without his supervision. ( the one who held a gun to my head and broke my nose and commited sodomy against me during our ten year marriage.) Also visitation must be mutually agreed upon… Just today I called because I was told he would not be able to have him a birthday party because he didn’t have the money so I was offering to purchase a cake and pizza from two states away, for a party he could throw, that I wasnt allowed to attend for my son. I also was informing him I would mail his birthday present and begging him to let me do something to help since I didn’t want him to remember his 10th birthday as no party, no presents and his mimi had already told him she couldn’t come back. He hung up on me and refuses to let me. He would rather our son hurt than me do anything to help the situation. He is so broke from taking a loan that he used to pay for his high dollar attorney when he didn’t even notify me for court ! ( he could have represented himself I wasnt even there to refute what he said) The deadline for appeals was over one day before I received a copy of the final decree of divorce and in the state of Texas they only hear specials cases for modifications in the first year (which I qualify for but have no proof.) Then I cant afford what the Texas attys want for a retainer and collateral. So I am not only screwed because of a crazy ex husband but when I called the court I would need an atty to petition to see the judge and he knew it! It was all meticulous and calculated and evil. When I notified the courts thinking they would help I received none. When I notified his atty of their misconduct he wouldn’t even report it under ethical standards. I have sense heard his girlfriend threaten to physically harm him, deny him love as a punishment, give him the silent treatment for days on end. All as forms of punishment for him mentioning me. Its so much of a better environment from a loving mother who left to make sure he didn’t receive any abuse. All for nothing and in vain. One day maybe the world will realize just how corrupt the ENTIRE FAMILY COURT SYSTEM AND DHS IS. Oh and FYI the Federal DOJ now has a class action lawsuit against family court systems, judges, dhs, public schools for removing children without due process. So who is at fault here? If anything you should have at least seen some of the most horrible corruption…. Instead of advocating you would rather victimize… SMH

I understand your concept and logic. I COMPLETELY DISAGREE. My case is in Louisiana, my daughter’s dad ran off with her 3 years ago an avoided my attempts to have a relationship with my daughter. I managed to become a licensed nursing professional while raising my other children here in Texas. Long story short, his wife was caught abusing my child, they found me and it’s been 3 years trying to get my daughter, Ive done 2 home studies and passed. This whole process has put a strain on my family especially the child directly involved, she is now on psych meds. Horrible ordeal, the case worker told me “I do not feel comfortable sending your daughter with you when you haven’t had contact in a long time” lol, really well its makes complete since that you want to adopt her out our family to complete strangers. Those people are horrible and do more harm than good. But my conscious is at peace knowing my daughter say “I hate cps, mom they will not let me come home with you and my sister and brother” she knows I’ve worked diligently, she knows I have tried and still trying. Those people are gaining a nifty nickel and destroying an innocent child’s life

First of all I’d like to address the post by Family Law Atty. If you guys did your jobs and stood up to Social Services instead of letting them steam roll families like they do then perhaps sites like this would not need to exist. Many cases confirm that social services IS held to the same laws as any other governmental agency. Qualified immunity only applies when the child is in immediate danger. The vast majority of children are removed from the parents custody while in school. Come on now use some common sense here family law atty there is plenty of time to get a WARRANT example Calabretta v. Floyd or even Heartland Academy case are both exellent sources to uphold what this site stands for. Perhaps some things are worded a bit harshly but who are you to say the things you have said? Oh wait someone who lays down for social services.
Now to address this site. I applaud you on getting this information out to everyone. I am currently a criminal justice major working on my Masters then heading to law school with the hopes of putting a stop to how social services behaves in a lot of instances. My thesis addresses how these agencies are held to the illegal search and seizure laws of the Fourth Amendment and cites many cases to uphold the claim of how they are are held to these laws. Qualified immunity does not count when a social worker and/or officer make threats to coerce their way into the home. I intend to make sure that this practice is put to an end!

I just lost my babies at TPR HEARING on Tuesday 4/17/2012. They are 8(f),9(f), &10(m) years old. The courts are allowing for their adoption to be arranged. My older 4 sons, 18, 16, 15 & 13 years old, are going to age out of the system due to their contesting the TPR. Im DEVESTATED!

My name is Brodi and my son was taken 3 1/2 months ago, my life is hell now so I was looking for something to help me get him back when I stumbled on this and I am terrified. I need help please. I don’t have anyone REALLY, everyone who says they want to help me just sit idly by and don’t do anything of real importance other than my cousin who is my sons fosterparent. I too would like to comment on this blog. I am truly sorry for what is happening to your family! My name is Brandy Ingram. I live in Clarkesville Ga. My heart goes out to you all. As for the person “CN”. Are you afraid to put your real name and credentials on the line? Have you been through what these people have? Were you raised in foster care? The answers will most likely be no. Well I was raised in a home where my father raped, beat, and starved his five children. I was one of those five children! There were over 6,000 calls in one year on this man. Guess what? Do you think we were taken into foster care? No, we were not. These “cps” workers in the state of Georgia do not want “damaged” goods. They can not adopt children who have truly been tortured into nice, loving, adoptive homes. I am a survivor of child abuse. Where were the people who get paid a nice salary to protect children like me? As a result of the Elbert County, Madison County, and Franklin County defacts departments I gave birth to a 6pound 3oz baby boy on my 13th birthday. Guess what happened next? The Madison County defacts department tried to take my baby!!! Their reason? I was to young to raise and care for my son. What is the problem with this picture??? I left with my son from the “foster” home that I was placed in AFTER the birth of my son. The only reason I was placed there to begin with was so they could steal my newborn baby. Yes, people in the United States need to wake up and smell the coffee!
I will tell the rest of the story now. I spent the remainder of my teenage years working for trailer park owners who needed their grass cut and the mobile homes cleaned out after people had moved out. I received my rent and lights for this work. This is how a 13 year old cares for her newborn son who would not be here if defacts did their job instead of what benefits them.
I met my husband when I was 17. We got married and started a family. Our first child was a boy. We were very happy. He was aware of what I had been through. We had a story book life, for a while. After the second year he began to drink heavily and became extremely abusive. One year of the abuse led to him almost stabbing me to death. He was sentenced to only six months in prison! Oh, yea, did I mention he received five years probation? After all that I had been through, now I was on my own with two children, soon to be three. When this happened I was pregnant.
Then I met my second husband. So now we are up to three children. I got very sick and required a strong antibiotic which this made my birth control inaccurate. I got pregnant again. So now I am happily married with four children. No that is not the end. After about six months I found out that my new husband had been hiding a secret. He was hooked on meth. So, yes, you can all figure out where it went from here.
For the next six years I was hooked on meth. Now consider my entire life up to this point. I had finally lost control. I weighed 92 pounds, down from 200 in about one years time. Where was defacts? I have four children who live with meth addicts? Well, even though I was on meth. My children were clean, fed, healthy and happy. They lived in a nice four bedroom home and went to school every day.
I eventually got into to trouble in Elbert County. I took the blame for breaking in a house for my husband. He was on felony probation and would have gone to prison. So me being young and insane, took the blame. I received five years “felony” probation for him going in an abandoned house that did not have any doors or windows in it. This house was literally falling in. However, it belonged to the Heart County Sherriff, so you all can figure it out from there.
So now I am on meth and felony probation. OH yes, I failed a drug screen for meth and was sent to the Gainesville diversion center for four months. This is not to mention the three months of sitting in the county waiting for my bed in the diversion center.
So after all this. I did my time. I got out and stayed clean. I worked two jobs. I visited my children at the Franklin County defacts office once per week for one hour. I completed my case plan ( that was so ridiculous it should have taken three people). So after about eight months I was awarded custody of three of my four children. What happened with the fourth? I had not heard from him in the entire eight months. He was placed in a “therapeutic” foster home. Well I began to make phone call after I received a phone call requesting my appearance at the Franklin County defacts office. This meeting was a set up. They told my they were petitioning the court for permanent custody. I calmly asked why. They told me if my son came home he would disrupt my family. I slammed my hand down on the table and told that “lady” to get her boxing gloves on because it would take more than on or two rounds to knock me out of the ring. Needless to say I called Atlanta and then the Governors office. I had a tablet the entire 17months in which I wrote down every call, every visit with every name of who I spoke with and what they said. This paid off when I called the Governors office. Three days later when we rolled into court I presented my evidence to the judge. The evidence I had been collecting from their own officials during the course of all these months. Defacts withdrew their petition for permanent custody and my son was home the next day.
Now seven years later, I am about to graduate from Troy University with my Bachelors’ degree in General Science of Criminal Justice. I can not wait for the moment of victory when I expose these people for who they really are.
I have a half sister who has three children. They have never been to school a day in their life. She “home schools” them. She has a thirteen year old who reads on a first grade level and a nine and seven year old who can not read at all. They can not do simple math. These children ride around in a car without a window in the freezing cold. They do not have simple necessities like coats, shoes or pants. I gave them some of my children’s clothes and shoes over the Christmas holidays. Two of the children had pneumonia and were on antibiotics. She left my home for four days. The children’s breathing treatments and antibiotics were left here. I called the Elbert County defacts office and spoke with the worker there. She told me since they had left that county she was no longer in charge. So I called the Habersham County defacts office. The intake worker there had the gall to tell me that his department did not handle educational neglect. Hello, I reported everything above. How is this deemed only educational neglect. So began my journey up the steep hill of trying to get help for these children who have suffered so much. I have every name and number and department written down just like before. So far they have visited these children once. Nothing has been done. They have the authority to physically take these children and have them tested to see how much they can read and write. Why don’t they?
This family has been reported by landlords, family members and even preachers. Where is these children’s help?? How in the name of God, in 2013 do we have children who can not read and write? Who cares what happens to them?
I care! There is not a doubt in my mind that nothing will be done to help these kids. So, when they grow up I will be the one with the phone records of the one hour conversations and with every name and number an agency. They will not have to worry about education because I will make sure they do not end up in the juvenile system. They will end up in court with a good attorney who will file a class action law suit on their behalf along with thousands of other children who were cheated out of a good, safe, educated, and loving home and family. In a court in the state of Georgia you can sue some one for a large amount of money for neglect! I cannot believe the crap I am seeing out of the Judicial System in New Hampshire. My friend literally has an entire judiciary participating in the crime of domestic violence against her and seriously putting her daughter at risk from a socipath. Her husband has used the system to vexatiously litigate against her for seven full years. Nearly 600 motions have been lodged in this case, the vast majority initiated by her ex-husband. The timing of everything that has happened, with whom it has happened, etc. Show an entire system of people involved in facilitating this abuse, including the police department. Seven years worth of documents I am scouring have me absolutely floored at what this system is doing against this woman. Actual documents filed in the court from her attornies proving she is the victim have literally disappeared from the files. She has had some of the highest regarded professionals in domestic violence come right out and state that she is indeed the victim of domestic violence. Her husband claims he is the victim and has nothing but mere parroting of questionable professionals of his self-reported claims. The one professional who did come out on the record claiming he believed her husband was the victim, was shown, during a deposition to have grossly misrepresented the data and he only had one CEU of domestic violence education in the five years previous to his psychological testing of both parties. The actual data showed her husband had some serious problems that the doctor failed to recommend further testing for and that my friend was actually quite honest and extraordinarily well-balanced given the severity of abuse she had endured at his hands. We have evidence of altered police records all over the damned place and most recently, the guardian ad litems “confidential” report, which the latest parenting plan says her ex-husband can give to their child’s therapists have the gall to claims there is no evidence of domestic violence against this woman and that she is insane. However, the most recent parenting plan and final order where child custody is concerned actually has the gall to claim the only issue before the court was whether or not the mother could move and if so, what provisions of the plan should change. The plan has changed so drastically that the Court has literally engineered sole decision making to her ex-husband should she not walk a razor fine line of requirements, it she fails one whit she will lose her child. It is clear from the order and parenting plan that the “issue before the court” really is whether or not this woman is crazy and making false allegations against her husband, which the guardian ad litem’s “confidential” report makes clear but since it is not public record and all the records and notes that prove the guardian ad litems criminal activity in facilitating domestic violence against both this woman and her child are “confidential”, this woman does not have the ability to use the available evidence to protect herself. One of the most well regarded people in the field of preventing trafficking of women and children has called New Hampshire the “armpit of America” where this is concerned.
How on God’s green earth can we turn the tables for this woman and get the truth to come out and protect her and her child and hold the people who have done this to her accountable?

BTW, the first guardian ad litem’s notes make clear this man never had an interest, at his own testimony, is having custody of his daughter, yet her notes reveal, in her own words, her determination to give him the child anyway. HUH???????????
I swear, if that man gets custody of this child I am going to take every freaking’ “confidential” document in this file and make enough copies to distrubute to every 6th household in this country so that every damned person in this country is talking about what was done to her and her child. I will gladly sit in prison for an eternity for that. I am SICK of whatever on God’s green earth is happening in this country to literally give people who have the well being of innocent people in their hands to the ends of egregious abuse, PROTECTION FROM VIOLATING FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHTS.

There are so many stories of tragedy what I would like to see is stories of victory. The laws are written but they can be contested and changed. There are laws that can be changed but why dont people step up when its really time to change things. Look up the law and get a petition signed. 1000 signatures is all it takes to change this. You can get laws on the ballet. The biggest thing they prey upon is the mental capacity of individuals. Sorry to say but if you are weak mentally you will fail. Do whatever it takes to maintain mentally: adopt a religion, family , support groups, IF YOU CANNOT KEEP YOUR MENTALITY AND COMPOSURE YOU WILL FAIL.

New york cps was siced on me and my wife after a glen cove long island cop called rhem after a I went chemically imbalanced from medicines I was taking now we are broke and in need of a family lawyer who can deal with the violations and laws they broke including the cop lying when he tricked my wife by adding my daughter was in her arms when I tryed giving her a weapon to protect her self from me ,how was I hurting her I wad giving her a weapon ? I gave it to her.my daughter was in her room at the time.

The courts wonder where my anger is coming from. I will tell you… It comes from this outrage. The courts are now fully aware of the disgraceful actions of the King County Sheriffs Deputies involved in this case and yet they refuse to drop the dependency case. It is their actions against this family that have caused Siggi’s Mom to become so devastated that she can’t even leave her home and they expect her to jump through their hoops of services yet none of the services that they are requiring are provided on Island. A woman that had been making progress with her agoraphobia by herself and raising her son in a healthy and loving home environment has been devastated by the system which has wiped out years of progress she had made in overcoming her agoraphobia and now they require for her to get her son back to attend services off island They have sucked the life out of this woman who can hardly even leave her home now because of their actions and they take absolutely zero responsibility for their actions. They wonder were my anger comes from. This is a travesty and everyone involved should lose their jobs. This is a joke if you ask me..
On May 16th, 2014 young Siggi B. was illegally removed from his mothers loving home by Washington State Child Protective Services. The removal was based on a false claim made to the agency by his then caregiver Sue Wolf who also happens to be the 911 operators and fire station administrator for Vashon Island. Her outright false allegations of drug use and child neglect were corroborated by two King County sheriffs deputies, deputy Hancock and deputy Anderson, who gave false sworn statements against his mother of having past convictions of “Violations of Controlled Substance Act” charges. Siggi’s mother, Bobbie B, has never in her life been convicted of let alone been charged with a criminal drug charge of any kind or has she had any violation of criminal law in the state of Washington or any other state for that matter. Sue Wolf on the other hand has had a history of manipulating the child foster care system for financial gain to supplement her income since having filled for personal bankruptcy of her and her husband’s failed contracting business. The two King County Sheriff’s deputies, Hancock and Anderson, have also had a long history of continued police misconduct and complete disregard for the civil rights of citizens that they have sworn to uphold.
Siggi’s mother Bobbie was hit hard by a horrible flu virus last May. She was so sick that she was unable to work her job at the deli of a local Vashon Market. Being that she was home for work she notified her son’s caregivers that she would not need their child care services for the week. Sue Wolf became irate and began demanding that she bring her son to her for child care. DEMANDING IN A THREATENING MANNER. Sue Wolf’s out of line actions and demands became a grave concern to Siggi’s mother and she let them know that their services would no longer be needed. The Wolf’s continued to send threatening texts and messages demanding that they be allowed to have Siggi put in their care while she was home sick and demanded that he be allowed to attend their LDS church services with them. At this point having serious concerns about the Wolf’s underlying motivations with regards to her son Siggi, Bobbie made the choice to cut off all contact with the Wolf’s and began disregarding any of their continued disturbing and demanding texts and messages.
The Wolf’s then made a report to the Sheriff’s office requesting a welfare check be made at the family home and also made a false report to CPS of child neglect that the mother had been abusing a prescription for morphine and the child was unable to be cared for properly. These were completely contrived and unfounded allegations. No such thing had occurred.
The morning of May 16th a King County Sheriff’s Deputy came to the family home and asked to come in so that a welfare check could be done for son Siggi B. The officer was allowed into the home so that he could determine the welfare of her son Siggi. The Sheriff’s report stated that “Ms. B, although weakened from her illness, was coherent and responsive and aware of her surroundings and that her son Siggi happy fed and was in no danger of immediate harm”. The welfare check was made at 11:00 A.M. and the Deputy concluded that the child was safe and in good health.
Latter that day a CPS investigator, Alex Blackwell, was dispatched to investigate the claims of child neglect at the Brickey home. According to the recording of the CPS investigators call to 911, he had ridden the ferry over to the Island with Deputy Sherriff Anderson who had informed him of false allegations of the mother having had prior drug convictions and a continuing drug problem. Remember, these are false statements made against a loving single mother that in reality has had eight years of continued sobriety to her credit. When the CPS investigator arrived on the island he was met by Sheriff Deputy Hancock who, according to his Sheriff’s report, also made false statements and allegations against the mother claiming that she had prior convictions for drugs and that she was known by them to be using heroin.
The mothers neighbors were asked to help to get Siggi’s mother out of her home by offering to allow their teenage son and daughter to watch young Siggi in the home and made arraignments for her to get a ride to the local clinic to be seen by a doctor as she was still very weakened by her bout with the flu. She agreed to go and the minute she left for the doctor’s office the CPS investigator and the two King County Sheriff’s Deputies entered the family home without consent or a warrant to justify their illegal entry and with blatant disregard for State and Federal law physically took young Siggi into police protective custody taking him from his mother’s home and loving care and placed him in the care of Sue and Peter Wolf who are also licensed foster adopt parents. Siggi’s mother while at the doctor was told of what had happened and was held against her will and placed on suicide watch never even receiving the doctors care that she was seeking.
Bobbie went to a shelter care hearing where she for the first time met her court appointed lawyer Victoria Fodisch. She was told by the public defender that she should agree to the out of home placement of her child and that if she ever wanted to have any chance of even seeing her son again that she sign papers agreeing to the dependency order. She did so under duress not fully understanding the true nature of the allegations against her and under the impression that this would only be for a short while and would have her son returned to her. She was then told by her lawyer to not appear at the 30 day hearing and that everything would go as planned. She was forced into accepting an agreed upon plan calling for her to accept State services and jump through a myriad of required hoops in order to regain custody of her child. She signed a permanency plan again under duress. She was then not informed of a quick date change of her 6 month review hearing and was designedly not present at the hearing. This single mother has had her child illegally taken from her home. She has had her constitutional rights completely violated and has never once been allowed to make a statement to the courts and tell her story as to what really happened.
I have had the lawyer removed from the case before anymore injustices occur and a formal complaint was made to the Washington State Bar for her complete lack of a proper defense.
The two Sheriff’s Deputies are now being investigated by both the FBI and the Department of Justice for their committing the federal crime of “Color of Law” (18 U.S.C. 241, 242) that carries a penalty of 10 years to life. “It is a crime for one or more persons acting under color of law willfully to deprive or conspire to deprive another person of any right protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
Charges of police misconduct and civil lawsuit are in the process of being brought against the two deputies under the Police Misconduct Provisions. This law makes it unlawful for State or local law enforcement officers to engage in a pattern or practice of conduct that deprives persons of rights protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. In order to be covered by this law, the misconduct must constitute a “pattern or practice” Many other citizens have come forward with cases of their own showing the deputies similar misconduct and proving that this is not just an isolated incident. The CPS investigator will also be brought to justice in this civil enforcement.
Even though the court error in relying of the false statements of the Deputies without further investigation or even hearing the mothers statement there is still a matter of the traumatic treatment of a child that has been illegally taken from the safety and love of his mother’s home and placed into the less than adequate care of State licensed foster parents that are guilty of making false allegations and conspiring against Ms B to deprive her of her God given right to her Son. It is clear that the foster parent’s intentions were to have the child adopted out to them by the courts thus ensuring their continued financial tax free gain that is so vital to their current personal financial portfolio. They too will be brought to justice as their actions warrant charges against them carrying both fines and terms of imprisonment.
The mother, after just now having had the her lawyer removed from this case has now a brief 3 week continuance before a scheduled hearing is had to put in place or adopt out Siggi B and relieve the mother of her parental rights. How it was allowed to get this far is totally beyond me, but what is needed and what I am asking for on behalf of the B family are your donations so that proper legal representation may be acquired and young Siggi in the Childs best interest may be returned home to his rightful place with his mother. If you are able, I ask that you please find it in your hearts to help right this gross injustice by financially aiding Ms B to acquire the proper legal representation needed to bring her son home.

Recently, I’ve had problems with CPS in the state of Louisiana. I need some advice and help and I have no one to turn to in the state. The few peoplease who have given me advice say that I have an obvious case against the state of LA CPS and I need to find a lawyer to take my case, but I can’t seem to find one willing to take the case up. Someone please help!

I have had the misfortune of being a “client” of the CPS. In 2010, I was forced to sign my rights away to my 10 yr old son, it was either sign the rights away on one or lose both of my sons. The CPS worker was Mormon, the judge, the prosecutor, and eventually the family my son ended up with was…you guessed it, MORMON. My wife and I weren’t charged with ANY criminal act, it’s just that my son needed mental help(been trying to get him the RIGHT help since he was 2 1/2 yrs of age), but since we aren’t wealthy, we were at the mercy of whatever was available. They tried their darndest to get my wife and I on any trivial charge they could. One of the charges laid against us was that we sent him to kindergarten with a Lunchable®, and the list goes on like that. Very laughable charges, unless you look at the end result. He was adopted eventually by a Mormon family in Twin Falls, Idaho.My son is currently in a kiddie prison in Emmett, Idaho. He will be 16 in February (he has a mental disability, he’s not a criminal), they’re not helping him..just exacerbating the problem. I don’t think I need to elaborate on what this has done to my family as a whole. The only thing that keeps me going is my strong faith in Christ. The CPS is a cancerous growth that needs to be cut out of this system of ours, and fixed to where it can truly help kids/families without destroying lives.
