January 24,2011 9:00AM Jackson County Juvenille Court – Jackson County Ga DFCS and Judge Kevin Guidry try to Steal Alice Samantha Thomason’s children

On January 24,20110 at 9:00AM Judge Kevin Guidry and Jackson County Ga DFCS aka Tempar Fields, Deidra Shands, Rebecca Boles and the women on the kangaroo panel are taking Samantha to court to terminate her rights. According to the papers they claim that she has failed to comply with the court ordered plan she had to do. That is a lie. She completed everything that was asked of her with the exception of housing. That thing DFCS was supposed to help her obtain according to Title IV-E funding under reasonable effort they have not done that.
In the court papers they said under Ga Code 15-11 she has continued to fail to maintain a proper relationship with her children and they feel that the kids will be in harms way both physically and mentally. She has never ever abused her children in any way. She has loved her children and looked after from the day they were born even completing her education three days after her oldest child was born. When she gave her children Christmas presents last year Donna Webb the foster Care provider made them give them back. When she gave Shawna a camera Donna Webb made her give it back. Does this sound like a mother who does not maintain a relationship with her children. When Shawna got a black eye in the care of Donna Webb Samantha demanded an investigation – Jackson County DFCS refused to do one. When Karly broke her arm in the care of Donna Webb and Samantha demanded an investigation Jackson County DFCS refused.
Samantha had to get a judge to make DFCS and Donna Webb give her Shawna’s softball schedule last year because Donna didn’t want her to know it because she didn’t want her there. When the kids had parent teacher conferences Samantha was never told. When they had to go to the doctor’s she was never told so she could be there. Which she is entitled to be. She has not seen her children in three weeks the reasons the first week was Christmas week the tree house was closed. There was no provision for her to see her children for Christmas. The second week that being the week after, Donna and Vince took the girls to Myrtle Beach. Again no provision was made for Samantha to spend the holiday with her children. This week ice/snow bad roads. It took Samantha two and a half hours to get home from work Sunday night. All the county offices were closed. Schools were closed so once again she didn’t see her children. If the past repeats itself that time will not be made up because DFCS and Donna will have a handful of excuses.

Does this sound like a mother who has not maintained a relationship with her children or a mother who would cause harm to them? I think not.

Now to make this court date even more asinine she has another court date on Feb.1,2011 at 1:00pm for a six month extension what is this? To add insult to injury she also was served papers to appear in court on Feb 9.2011 at 9:00AM for child support.
The videos below show that she does have a relationship with her children that she is a good mother and that she will not harm them. They love her and she loves them. The court papers say “to terminate her parental rights in order for the children to be available for adoption in a more stable and loving enviorment” Please- that is just a nice way of saying “We are terminating your rights so that Donna and Vince Webb can pay for that new house they live in thanks to the money they made off the children.” These children are not for sale. They have a mother – they belong with their mother. They love their mother. Time to get them home. Any parent out there who is fighting DFCS in GA and lives close to Jackson County Samantha can sure use your support On Jan 24th make signs show up and protest.

  1. LaVette says:

I have had my kids taken away twice and I’m still trying to get one of my children back. I have eight children and on Sept. 8th, 1998 my world was turned upside down. I know what I did was wrong; however, I didn’t have any help from no one. I left my children home alone whlie I went to work and came back they where gone. I fought for about five years and I still didn’t get my children back even tho I did everything they told me to do in order to get my five children back. So I moved away for seven years and when I came back it happened again. this time I had changed and was taken care of my younger two boys. It started with a lie that my oldest daughter and her wife stated about my ex-husband. the got me on failure to protect, thats a law that gives CPS the right to take your kids over little stuff. I am still fighting to get my son back from all of this mees that was created from a lie that was told. My mom had just passed and some of my family didn’t like my ex-husband, so they came up with this lie and the police believed it and my two boys where gone in a blink of an eye. Where is the justice in this and why would CPS do this to me again.
