I am going through this now in Daviess County. They have already adopted out 4 of my children and now trying to do the same with my 2 year old daughter. My mother is now trying to get my daughter and has been approved for everything. CPS is saying my daughter does not know my mother because my mother lives in South Carolina and has only seen her a handful of times. CPS is trying to terminate my rights because they say I am not financially stable, however, I had my own cleaning company and was paying all of my bills. It is not right and something needs to be done about this.

Iam going thru this fighting for my grandchildren. they are being abused by the foster parents that have them my grandson told the visitation center social worker that the foster father beats him an thru him into a wall an my granddaughter said she hears him beating him but they dont allow her to go an help him we begged them to take him to the doctor but they will not. they have lied all along they made false allegations of abuse against the father an mother and they have know said Iam unfit so I cant get the children everytime we try to place them with family they dont follow thru. our lawyers all droped us when we asked for a trail. the judge said that we dont have a right to a trail they said they are going to put them up for adoption. We asked for a trail know they will not even let us back in court the judge has said that she is going to let CPS handle it an they said they are putting them up for adoption. We ar not going to give up an will fightfor a trail trying to get a better lawyer please if anyone knows of a great lawyer let me know…GOD BLESS MY CHILDREN AN BRING THEM HOME MY HEART ACHS I CRY EVERYDAY PLEASE
