Last Week I sent this email to all the Ga. State Representives about the abuse that is going on in Jackson County DCF.In my email to these Representatives this is what I stated:
This letter has not been answered in any shape or form. There is an epidemic of corruption – abuse and greed in Jackson County DCF. I have been fighting this abuse for a very long time. It is time to stop the abuse- it is time to give this mother her children back. Jackson County has not provided reasonable effort under title IV-E Funding. They have not helped provide her housing. But yet they pay the foster care provider over $16,000.00 a year and steal $220.00 every two weeks from Samantha’s pay check which they do not have to account for – to keep her from ever getting her children back. This abuse goes on in every county in every state in our nation. No one is watching the watchers!
This letter was just sent to Gov Deal the new Governor of Georgia. I will see if he responds or if he like the former Gov Sonny Perdue either passes if off to one of the minions he has around him or just ignores. It. And if he does pass it off it will go to Brooke Shields the head of GA DCF. She is worthless.
Gov. Deal,
I don’t know if you are aware of the corruption that is currently taking place in Jackson County DCF. I don’t know if you are aware that they are making a verp profitable business of snatching children just because they can.
Case in point- the case of Alice Samantha Thomason and her three children Autumn Destiny Deshawna Thomason, Carley Nichole and Sara Louvelle Texanna Wilfawn which have been going on for almost three years. There is no case. They tried to say she deprived her children – which under the Ga. Penal Code is considered a feloney. She didn’t deprive them. She had a good job and worked every day. They had a place to live and food. When her children were stolen she lost her job, her car and her home. She now has had a job for over six months – bought another car so she would have reliable transportation and in spite of trying to find suitable living arrangments she can’t – DCF is supposed to help her under Title IV funding with section 8 housing which they have refused to do. Instead they are now creating a monstor by taking $220.00 out of her paycheck. Please tell me how she is supposed to take care of business if they are stealing money.
They have thrown everything they could against the wall to keep her from being renuified with her children. The current foster care provider made over $16,000.00 last year on the three girls. It is tax free. She just built a new house in Madison County using those tax free dollars. But yet, Jackson County is taking $220.00 every two weeks from Samantha. Please tell me where the justice is here.
She has been through 13 caseworkers in two and a half years the newest one is from Madison County her name is Donna Gordon. Apparently there is an investigtion going on in that corrupt county.
This needs to be resolved now. Her children who were never abused by her- she was just poor- need to be given back to her and the case closed. They need to help her with housing as per Title IV funding. This is such a miscarriage of justice it is not even funny. I know how much tax dollars goes into this corrupt system. I know that the foster care provider Donna Webb, does not want to give up those girls because it is tax free income and it pays for her new house. The entire process was without due process and the constitional rights of Samantha and her children are being violated daily.
The 13th Amendment states, “No man shall be held in slavery. These girls are being held in slavery, they are being used monetarily for a new house. This is so wrong on so many levels. That $16,000.00 a year could help Samantha as a parent whose only crime is she is poor.
Now before you think I am just another grandmother who is talking about something she knows nothing about let me assure you I am not. My background is Criminal Justice and I am also a best selling Author.

Jackson County refuses to follow what guidelines have been set under Title IV funding, they have lied, and covered up so much in that county. Yes, I am from that county. I spent over twenty years in that county. So I do know things that go on there. I have done my research. I know of a case right now where a mother who does not live in that county any longer was told that Jackson county would find a way to snatch her newborn as soon as it was born. They already snatched her daughter. They did find a way but she got the baby back, she is still fighting for her daughter. She was told that by Doug Haines the attorney for Jackson County.
It is way past time for Samantha to get her children back it is way past time for the abuse, greed and corruption in that county to be stopped. It is time for oversight and brakes to be put on a county that is a runaway train
It is way past time for these caseworkers and other minions who make money off the backs of stolen children to be held accountable for their illegal actions.

it is not only jackson county dfcs.oconee county dfcs and athens clarke county dfcs also.i agree that something needs to be done.where is our goverment that is suppose to protect us?where is our president? they tell you lies and twist your words.the judges don’t want to here what the parents have to say.only the lies that dfcs tells.where is the justice?there is no justice for the american people. none…and i am very disapointed in our goverment and judges.

It’s not only going on there but here in Utah county too! They are destroying families, and kidnapping our babies and abusing them. You can’t tell me that this won’t affect them the rest of their lives! They don’t care what they have to do, lie, cheat, ect to do it. And they get caught and nothing happens to them but now they will get even with you! They don’t try to help you, You have to watch your back all the time. I never thought this would happen to my family and I can’t believe they got awayWith it! They would have to know how hard my daughter tried to make her wrong right, and they could only see how much she loves them. And when we had family willing to adopt them so they wouldn’t get lost in foster care they let them adopt one but not the other. So now they have been separated, our worst fear, AND the caseworker knew it, and only living in the next city, but none of the family are allowed to see them. She tried to sign them over to the family member and the state stepped in and stopped the adoption! They have gone to far! They take them from her and pay foster care people to take care of them, but they take most of her check to pay for it and leave her very little to find a place and get them back! They are just as guilty as the caseworkers if they turn their heads and don’t do something to stop this! And it’s about time that people hear what’s been going on because it could happen to them or their kids. Someone needs to help these children, I don’t know how these people live with their selves knowing what they are doing to the sweet babies! Don’t turn your head to this, because we are mother’s who miss their babies, and we aren’t going away! Give them back! Put the families back together!!

I had no. Idea that anyone else was going through the same hell we were, I kept wondering why us? But I have read and heard the horror stories and then I have realized that the system is corrupt and these people are going through the same thing we are! They took our babies and the made it impossible for my daughter to get them back. They made up lies and they made sure that my daughter couldn’t get houseing, they took child support out of her checks leaving her with $30 or less so she couldn’t get a place to live on her own. They put my grandson into theory and said he was abused as a baby. How would they even know this? They stopped us from seeing them and wouldn’t let a family member that had kinship of them even talk to us! Then she wanted to adopt them and even though they had lived with her for three years they take one grandson away and put him in another foster care home and separated the boys and said she couldn’t adopt him. How can they say they aren’t the ones that are abusing children? And there’s nothing we can do to change it nothing we can say…….. It breaks my heart everyday and my poor daughter fills like she let them down and she isn’t a good mom because of it! How can these people get away with it and why won’t someone help us get our babies back? What has this world come to! Please stop this!

TChey came into our lives and tore them apart! They stole our babies and then left us all the pieces to some how put our lives together again and go on. How do the expect us to go on? Social services isn’t suppose to take your kids and sell them off! That’s not what they were suppose to be about! What happen to keeping families together? How can these people live with thier selves and take money for doing it!? And why is nobody doing anything to stop them? The government knows this is happening and they aren’t doing anything to stop them and Thier just as guilty as the caseworkers! They take your children and you don’t get them back for A Year! You pay child support for your kids to be in foster care plus they get grant money for them too! And if your single or poor you don’t get them back at all! They put your life on hold for the year you are fighting to get them back and then for stupid reasons and lies they told you don’t get them back! And if you have any babies after they have taken your children then them babies are property of the state too the day they are born! And I can’t even imagine what our babies have gone through. All the medication they give them and then to find out they can’t go back home! I still can’t believe they got away with this and I’m begging you to help stop this!

Stop these groups from living outside of the law if you have issues with Hospital’s and Schools facility members. They will purposefully get Child Protective Services involved as if your a bad person. Child Protective Services allowed a Hugh Spaulding Hospital to lie and have my son removed. He has asthma and all I wanted was a referral to a Holistic doctor. My son kept getting worse since we moved to Georgia from Madison. While in Madison Wisconsin I took him to a Holistic doctor before moving. I wanted to see if that hospital would be a better fit for our spiritual beliefs. I am a Empath and don’t believe the medicine he is taking is actually working. Actually I know it is not working it actually makes him worse he was on 8 different medications. I saw the side effects were muscle skeleton damage, causes cancer, tumors if they take it long term. I want to petition hospitals forcing parents to give there kids medicine. Also that they can’t report a parent to CPS just because they ask about the scentific break down of the medications. I feel parents that are Empaths should not be forced to raise their kids like regular kids because they are not regular. I should have been able to let my son go to school with crystals and allow him to sleep on my back porch the day of the eclipse. Without some unconscious group telling me what to do with my kid. The police should not be aloud to kick in your door without a real warrant and take your kid. The CPS should not be able to use your old case from the past if you have one to open a new case against you. I have recordings videos of Child Protective Services lying allowing my son to stay in a home. That had a child forcing him to play with his penis and tie him to the bed. He said this in front of a transporter that he was being neglected and they did nothing. I moved to Georgia October 3,2014 went to the ER October 16,2014 she would not listen to my polite request that she not administer medications I don’t know the side effects. I begged her to administer the lorateden or perdesoline those were already in his system. She told me no I cried and begged her to at least prescrib it due to the shelter hospital not being able to for two weeks or he will die. She ignored me discharged me not even a day later we were out and he started wheezing not bad I gave him the medications I had. When we got on the bus he started to collapse like he was going to die. I called 911 when the EMT arrived they said I was lucky I called when I did or he would’ve died. When we made it to Eagleston Children’s ER the same doctor that was rude at Hugh Spaulding ER was there crying to me about how sorry she was she almost made my son die. As she walked in and they were rushing to place a mask on him to help him breathe and heard the EMT tell the doctors to rush and get the mask on if they would’ve got there two minutes later he would be dead. The rushed the doctor out of the room and said now she can sue now we have to handle this situation. They gave horrified bed side manner to my son pushing him tugging him being very rude to my child that almost died. I know I was wrong for my past for whooping a two year old they miss diagnosed me bipolar at a Madison hospital after taking a 25 question test. They gave me four to five different medications that made me have terrible side effects. Which is no excuse to why I whooped him he was attacked in the face by a dog so I sued the foster mom house insurance. I rehabilitated myself for that whole year to later find out I was an Empath and that’s why I kept complain of pain all over my body. I said that so you could understand how they where able to form the second case against me. While sleeping a nurse came into do a check in when I woke up there was blood everywhere and my son said the nurse snatched his IV out and went to get help. I was furious so I commanded to speak to the Director I even called the cops to see if I would get into trouble for checking my son out of that hospital. They sent down a social worker who said she was there to get his old hospital information since I don’t want him taking new medication they need to check his old records. I stupidly signed for it she then said it says here that you are bipolar and missed doctors appointments. I said what does that have to do with the negative attention we have received from this hospital. After leaving that hospital and moving into my home on the 23 of November 2014. I was so happy until I got a knock on the door saying that I had missed doctors appointments and haven’t been taking my medication for my bipolar. She asked my son about 30 different liquors and beers he kept saying I didn’t drink then she asked my five year old son if I did crack has he ever seen me smoke white hard substance out of a glass pipe so I kicked her out. They later closed that case I called the hospital to report the and make a complaint. Oh was that a mistake especially while I was still going to a hospital in their network. He had appointments at Hugh Spaulding asthma clinic above where the ER was I made every last appointment. He had to be seen once a month I went November, December, January and each time the social worker helped me with a ride there and back. In the month of February on the 5th the doctor Brooks was the only doctor that understood me I was begging all the other doctors for a more natural approach with his medication. She said for me to just give him his allergy pill at night and flush his nose out with a nose tube twice a day. I listened to her and finally his breathing was getting better he was able to play longer and not have an asthma attack. When I thought everything finally was going to be good I started to look for jobs. I became full of fear to leave him after all the hospital had put me threw I started feelinging they were trying to build a case against me. So when miss Brooks the only Afro-Latin doctor we saw out of the many different doctors we saw since coming to the clinic. I felt some what relief that she heard me and was willing to let me raise him my way. Being Afro-Latin and a Empath you see the world differently then others. I was able to find happiness and started looking for a job On the 23 I had a interview and asked my neighbor who I grew to know to watch my son. She agreed yet didn’t tell me her son had lumonia and on the 25 I had to rush my son to the ER. The scheduled an emergency appointment for the 26th ran test to see how much medicine was in his system. They said why haven’t you been giving him his medicine I told them doctor Brooks said I didn’t have to. An I still have been asking for a referral to a Holistic doctor. They told me I am no doctor and don’t know what’s best for his health that if I keep it up he could die in my care if I try to take him to a Holistic doctor. They then said what kind of mother will let her kid not take medicine that could keep him alive. I responded what kind of hospital could allow their doctor to almost kill my son and refuses to give me a referral to the doctor of my choosing. Especially after knowing when you have Medicad you need a referral to a Holistic doctor. They were very made at me and as I was leaving the doctor said call the social worker it’s time. I didn’t think anything of it when the front desk lady told me that I didn’t have to come in March since I was seen twice in February. I learned to get that in writing so what happens next don’t ever happen again. April comes I was late because I finally found a job and started at four I was so excited I forgot about his appointment. My alarm went off while I was at Buckhead station I called Hugh Spaulding to tell them I had to go all the way back to Stone Mountain. They said it was fine when I arrived I arrived I kept calling periodically to let them know my location. I called the social worker that normally helped me with rides twice she never answered I called her when I arrived at home she didn’t call back. I even called the ambulance to use there Services to make it there on time they said they could lock me up since he wasn’t even wheezing. So I picked my son up ran to the bus yes we made it so I kept calling the hospital until I made it there. I checked myself in they checked me back out and said I no longer can be seen anymore. I knew right then that my Empathic gifts where right the hospital was setting me up to take my son due to me wanting a more Natural approach. I was devastated leaving the hospital but I had to smile I took my son to the new job with me were he waited till my friend came and got him. May CPS knocked on my door saying I missed appointments and don’t give my son his medicine. I told her I never don’t give him his medicine he can die without like he almost did because Hugh Spaulding hospital ER. I told her that I was a Buddhist Empath we don’t believe in the same things and I should be able to practice my craft and raise my son the way I want. She made it seem like I would get my son back as soon as I show her the information of the Holistic doctor. I had om symbols and pentagrams and a shrine a temple and even a lot of sage on my fire place mantle. She gave me till the end of June I finally found a hospital that I could take him to that was right up the street from where I lived. The doctor was Hindu so I felt it would be a perfect fit since I had just started practicing Hindu. June 17,2015 we had an appointment yet the system would not allow me to transfer over to Stone Mountain Family Medical clinic. The Medicad operator said they were having trouble changing it from Hugh Spaulding primary care to where I was. She transferred me to the supervisor and she finally was able to but by time it got transferred they weren’t seeing anyone else. So I rescheduled for the next day when I arrived home I was about to cook. The DeKalb County police knocked on my door with CPS saying they had a warrant to take my son. I asked to see the warrant and they both said they didn’t have to show me. The doctor said he would die in your care and we must take him now. I told the officer they are not allowed to take my some I give them no permission. The officer then threatened to roughly remove him and take me to jail. He was black and had his hand on his gun prepared to shoot me. I couldn’t believe it these two government officials search and seizured my child out of my home. While at court they kept bringing up my son’s money from being attacked while at a CPS foster home. They even went digging up the amount and trying to legitimate my son’s incarcerated father and told him my son’s money is his money and he could be over it and they court will decide what to do with it. My public defender Erica lied and told me if I signed a 3 point case plan she would get my son back in my home today. I fired her and the judge would not let me be my own lawyer so she would stand in the court room and do nothing. I purchased another lawyer when the director over the public defenders stopped my lawyer and gave her a card. From that day forth months of me paying her went by yet she wasn’t working as hard as she should have. She even came to court with botched surgerys she received in Mexico. I then became my own lawyer and it took me only four months to get him back. I learned that CPS is not to talk to your kids at school or at your home by law yet if you don’t read you won’t know. They finally closed the case plan I got my son back a year and seven months later. He was seven and anger filled with a very dark negative frequency. My cat was a very spiritual cat that cleared the energy out of a room and could heal your arua with a gentle massage. My son didn’t like him anymore and I could not understand how he could hate a cat that he delivered. My son killed my cat and it was the hardest thing for me to live through I blamed my stupidity. He energetically was not my peaceful Angelic soul he was now a low vibrational frequency being that needed to heal. So I tried everything to raise his frequencies he would just become madder and full of rage. I couldn’t take no more of him getting suspended and fighting everyone every where we went. I went to visit my sister while there he fell off the bed and factured his clavicle. When I finally made it home I had enough I contacted the Eysslem Cottage in Lawrenceville GA. Hoping they had classes that could help teach me how to heal my son spiritually to get him vibrating at a higher frequency. I should’ve looked at the lady Angelica’s picture I would have saw she wasn’t even vibrating at a high frequency she was on the same frequency as my son. I had a hour long metaphysical conversation about needed to find classes that taught extractions. She called the cops on me and said that I was performing an exorsim on my son they came by and checked on him he was fine so they left. After they left I wrote a review on Facebook and called and told the owner I had the same gifts as them and don’t see why her worker would like on a fellow praticioner that she needs to check her frequency and make sure always stims from a place of love. They later closed that case because I told them I am a Empath Buddhist Hindu Spiritual praticioner. She can not invade on my beliefs and harras me because I won my case. I called and reported everything to the government and they did nothing I have a long paper trail of everything that took place. My sister then choose to leave her month to months apart in Midtown to move with me to be a witness just in case the CPS came back. My son liked energetically attacking me and people around him due to the environment he was living at before while in foster care. My son had been Spiritually broken and CPS kept harrasing me so much so he acted out at school just so that he could be around me all day. He kept saying mommy they are going to come up to the school next and get me they are going to take me again and I will be prepared this time. I was so hurt that our government aloud people to just kiddnap Kids Wrongfully and there was nothing in place to stop it. When school started back up I gave my son all natural medicine. I am a Reiki Healer and I do clearing it was something I was born able to do. The school nor hospital should force a parent to make there kids take medications that have horrible side effects on the spirit. My son didn’t like school because the teachers always took his crystals when he would hold them in his hand while doing work. They would become mad that he was shifting their energy with the crystals. One day three boys were in the bathroom one boy told my son that if he left him flush his head in the toilet he would give him a hundred dollars. While the attempted to push his head in the toliet he elbowed them pushed them because they made his crystals fall in the toilet. My son went to the school clinic to complain about the pain. Later that same day I get a call from CPS stating they got a mandated reporter telling them my son was sleeping on the porch. Which we both do periodically one day he would the next time I would my sister even slept on the porch to be under the moon. Turns out my neighbor called CPS telling him a neighbor that rides her kids bus was sleeping outside. An Lawrenceville elementary didn’t want to get into trouble for what students did to my kid so they called CPS. The CPS worker Mrs. Rooper came to my son’s school and asked him did he have to sleep on the porch he said yes my mom wanted me to be close to GOD since I keep getting suspended. He said she took pictures of him in the basement of the school while another teacher watched he also said she introduced herself as a counselor. Before school let out around three she called I told her she is not aloud to go to my son’s school that she just committed a serch and seizure on my household and I do not give her premission to speak to my son ever again. I even emailed her the GA laws that said that. I then went to Lawrenceville Elementary and told the principal CPS is not aloud to talk to my son and if they allow them to come into the school and talk to my son I will press charges. I called the cops on the 24 of August the school cops said the school was allowed to let CPS talk to students about anything. They scheduled an appointment for us to meet on the 25 at 3:00pm I went up to the school to pick him up at 2:00pm the principal came around with a smerk saying happily your son’s talking to CPS and I don’t have to get him. I said I already told you not to allow them to speak to my son I just checked him out go get my son now she made me wait 30 min before I could get my son back. We went up to the CPS appointment I asked to speak to the Director who refused to speak to me. I told Mrs. Ropper that I could charge her as a pedophile for taking pictures of my son without my consent. She even told my son that they were going to come and get him on Monday I brought that up. The supervisor was very rude after I said they lost ammunity and can be help responsible for their acts in Supreme Court. I recorded everything that has ever happened to me by the hands of CPS. They kicked me out when they tried to correct me for calling her a pedophile so I said my fault let me correct my sex child pornographer. I told them to stay away from me and my family they are not aloud in our jurisdiction. He got suspended they sent him home with a in school suspension because he threatened to stab two kids for bullying him the same ones that tried to push his head in the toilet. He told those kids he would bring a knife from home and stab them. The same thing Mabo the kid from foster care used to tell him he would stab him if he didn’t play with his penis. So CPS used the suspension and said they are taking my son because I said I would stab him if he tells them my business which was a lie. They took him once again on the 28 I had court the judge was very rude when I said return my son due to their search and seizure upon my residence to remove my son. They extended court until the 21 and I haven’t seen my son since they have taking him. I don’t even have money for my own lawyer I am preparing myself for court yet don’t know all terminology. So I am begging someone to please send this to the news and get this out. Empaths matter to we may not see the world the way society wants us to but that doesn’t give the society the right to crush us for not obeying what they want us to beileve. America is not free until they do something about this DOGMA system making people choose what they believe. I plan to send this petition to all 50 legislations so they can finally take the blame for what the caused people to go through by allowing CPS that much power so they don’t have to deal with the headache of it. It is so bad the the training to become a social worker they are taught to pin the shame on the parent and make it all the parents that are bad. Someone needs to stop it now and I have the recording s of CPS harrasing my social worker Ronda who had cancer. They told her if she didn’t terminate my parental rights she would loose her insurance. They fired the transporter that reported the foster mom for leaving my son at home alone when she dropped him off. They fired anyone who tried to help me with my case help me shut down CPS for good.
