Jackson County DCF Just Won’t Quit

Donna Gordon who is really with Madison County DFC has been brought over to help out at Jackson County DCF. The reason, they are under investigation. That is the back story.
The front story is this. Jackson County DCF is determined to not to reunify Samantha Thomason and her children. They are doing everything in their power to keep those kids in threir greedy and corrupt little hands. After two and a half years they had decided they will have child support taken out of her check. $220.00 every two weeks.
Now it would be alright if 1. They had to account for that money which they don’t – we know it doesn’t go to her children 2. That is over half of her net pay. But yet they want her to have a place to live before they give her the kids back. 3. She is currently trying to pay her car not – car insurance- gas and living expenses on the small amount she now brings home because she is being robbed blind by Jackson County DCF.
This is wrong on so many levels. The girl is working her self to death to make a tad more than minumum wage so she can “prove” she “deserves” her children and they want to rape and pillage her.
Even her Public Defender says he can’t do anything, which is BS. All he has to do is show is her debt almost exceeds her income and it can be reduced. He apparently has chosen not to.
She goes back to court on May 16th- Donna Gordon is trying her best to get Samantha to voluntarily give up her children. It is called the path of least resistance. Apparently someone forgot to tell Donna Gordon that the Irish/Scots/German in this family does not bend.
It is time no past time that Jackson County DCF, Judge Kevin Guidry, Dedra Sands, Dee and Rebecca Boles, and Doug Haines the attorney for DCF just stop the stupidity – Samantha is not a bad mother. They have no case if they did- it would not take almost three years to prove. They would have already criminally charged her with deprivation which is a feloney and taken it to State Court. They are BSing because they know they have royally screwed up. It is time they did their job and got her a place under Section 8 and Title IV funding – gave her the children back – closed this case and move on to the next case.
They are not GOD they are not even close. They are thieves, abusers and players in a dangerous game of stealiing children for profit. It is so past the time to shut these corrupt offices down. Offices that have no oversight that just do as they please when they please.
