Someone Please Tell Me How this Murder Was In the Best Interest of the Child!

Family sues Idaho after child dies in foster care
Would someone please explain to me how the murder of this child in FOSTER CARE was in the best interest of the child. It escapes me! We all know that CPS steals children for profit – we all know that now they will be on the look out for another cash cow to replace this toddler. The caseworkers, the supervisor, the judge and the foster care providers should all be held accountable for this murder.
When are we going to wake up and see that this system is not only serverly broken it is on life support. The plug needs to be pulled and children returned to their families. Now this child will have no tomorrows with her real family!

COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho (AP) – The family of a northern Idaho toddler who died after sustaining injuries while in foster care has filed a lawsuit against the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, the foster parents, and two state employees.

The child’s biological mother, Samantha Richardson, and maternal grandmother, Karin Rogers, filed the lawsuit last month in federal court. The Spokesman-Review reports that the family is seeking at least $50,000 along with attorney fees.

2-year-old Karina Janay Moore died Jan. 16, 2009, about a week after a foster parent told police the girl fell down a flight of carpeted stairs at the Post Falls foster home.

The Medical Examiner’s Office in Spokane County in Washington state ruled the death a homicide due to blunt force head injuries. Police say no arrests have been made.

Officials at the state Department of Health and Welfare declined to comment.

How many more children die with our tax dollars help in foster care that we never hear about?
They can not hide the truth in plain sight but they sure do a great job turning their backs on these homicides by burying the facts 6 foot under with the childern.
