DFC The Devil’s Spawn

It has been a while since I posted on this blog. After my granddaughters were illegally adopted by the foster care providers the words would not come.

However, it is time to revisit the corruption that is Jackson County Georgia DCF. Every day I get emails and comments on this blog about the continued corruption in this county as well as around the country. Under the guise of “best interest of the child” children are stolen for profit.

DCF doesn’t go after the college educated, middle class or higher income family. They know two things, one they are educated enough they can’t be intimidated and two they can afford an attorney. So DCF goes after those who are poor or low income and uneducated and can’t afford an attorney. They are easy pickings for the corruption of DCF.

They swoop in like vultures and snatch up children like food for their young. They threaten, intimidate, harass and place untold burdens on the parents. To add to this insanity they change case workers like clothes and those caseworkers either choose not to or do have the original file. So they start all over again with case plans that are almost impossible to do. Under the Federal Law of the Safe Families and Adoptions act  DCF is supposed to work toward reunifying a family   – they do everything they can not to make this happen. Why? Because when they do make it happen the money is cut off.

Part of the reunification process if to help that parent find and maintain housing if they don’t already have it. This they have never done and never will do – The family court judge will not force them to do it because he loses money as well.

After trip after trip to DCF santioned doctors, therapist, anger management, drug testing and other atrocities parents and children are tired and beat up. The children are brain washed by the foster care provider who is in the background filing adoption papers even while that parent is fighting two and nail to get their child back. They are telling  plying the child with all the unnecessary things its parent can’t give like trips, lots of toys and name brand clothes. They use their monthly check for new homes, fancy trips and other unnecessary things in order to keep the kids.

The 1996 Adoption and Safe Families Act put into play by Bill Clinton is nothing more than a legal way to enslave children – to buy and sell them like so much livestock, to shuffle them from place to place until they either age out and become a career criminal or are adopted out so the new “forever” family can continue to use their money until they age out and are tossed to the curb.

The term “Forever Family” is a lie! Their forever family is the one they were taken from!

Its not just Jackson County. I live in Dalton Ga. and Iam harrased constantly. I proved myself for three years to get my girls back and my case was closed not even three months ago. I got into a “verbal fight” over Face book about their dad not paying C.S. and low and behold Whitfield County Dfcs shows up at my door saying there was an anonymous call saying my house was full of feces, urine and trash! We have no rights here and no protection as civil citizens and parents. It’s so easy to ruin a life by telephone. Gov. Nathan Deal is too worried about passing laws on Sweet Onion rights and fishing licences than to worry about the corruption happening in his state. Why should he, his kids are safe. He has money so he’s not worried about us making it day to day. If you ever read this Gov. Deal……DO SOMETHING THAT MATTERS TO THE PPL OF YOUR STATE!!!!! Quit worrying about all the nonessential things and worry about this. HOW DARE YOU ALLOW US TO BE ABUSED! But then again how else should your state get 4,000 multiplied. I have four kids, so how much money is that in your hands!!!

It happens even when you have money for an attorney. It is also amazing to know how kids are treated in foster care. We were foster parents for almost 6 years. My goal was to help kids, spoil them and send them home. We have adopted some that truly the parents had no interest in even trying to work a case plan and they were given years. We just went through a situation with our oldest adopted daughter and CPS/DFACS I think treated us worse than even birth parents. It is so sad. We finally won our case but it was a huge fight. We are looking to sue the state at this point. We need a good civil attorney. It is amazing how many of their own policies they do not follow.

  3. Bullied by CPS says:

Believe me, they pick on everyone. I’m college educated, have a great job, and they’ve been nothing but destructive and intrusive in my life. The allegations are absolutely ridiculous and have, unfortunately, been a huge time suck and extremely costly to fight.

I have been bullied by the system and needed to hire expensive lawyers who knew it was best to “go along” with them so they had a better case in court. No one wants to anger this agency.

One day, if I ever have spare cash lying around, I’ll be sure to go after them. But as a single parent of a newborn, I have more important things to spend my cash on and it was unfortunate that the cost of my son’s college tuition for a year had to spent just fighting the agency off my back.
