The Advocate for Shawna, Karly and Sara Has Now Quit!

There is indeed something interesting going on in Jackson County Ga. We know there is an investigation on going. We know that caseworkers from Madison County, Hall County and Clark County have been brought in to work ongoing cases. We know that All is not as it should be.

Which brings me to my current blog. If you read the previous posted blog you know I wrote an open letter to Shawna who is ten years old. Apparently she has made a coerced decision about her future. There are a couple fof things wrong with this one we know she was coerced by some of the adults in her life, one her foster care provider. Second in the State of Ga a child cannot legally make that kind of decision in a custody battle until they are fourteen years old.

With that being said, a new wrinkle has developed. The Adovcate for these three girls is now missing in action. Her name is Deidra Shad and she has fought long and hard to keep these children from their mother whose only crime was poverty. Now because Shawan has decided that she doesn’t want to live with her mom but the two little do- Deidra says that she has to leave due to a conflict of interest. Really! Could it be that she is leaving because she is the biggest part of the problem and doesn’t want to be caught.

She was also involved with another case and on the day of court she never showed up. This tells this writer that she knows something, has done something and or is involved with the coerction of helping Shawna a ten year old girl make a decision that will never be reversed.

The circus of lies, corruption and abuse by Jackson County DCF continues. All roads lead to this abuse. Children are stolen – brainwashed and abused in this system. Families are torn apart forever so that the county and foster care providers can make money off their backs.

Deidra Shad should be ashamed for her part in this travesty. However, the question still remains Why did she leave so suddenly?

All of this and they cannot even protect the children who are in real danger. I know a couple who are drug addicts who had their children taken away failed a drug test and were given their children back the next week under the condition that they were not both high at the same time… seriously Jackson County hire people who give a crap about the kids. Not ones who take kids who do not need to be taken and place kids back where they should not be. Something is very wrong with the system.
