What Happened in Judge Kevin Guidry’s Court In Jackson County Ga March 17,2011

This is the Real Family

Today Samantha went to court yet again. For the upteenth time she stood before Judge Kevin Guidry, Jackson County DCF and all of their minions. This time however, she had someone in her corner. Her attorney.
The attorney asked the judge for a motion to give the children back to their mother.
Even though I was not there, I can imagine the gasp of surprise, shock and “Uh oh” coming from the other side of the courtroom. They were not expecting this motion which was wonderful.
After all involved picked their lower jaws up off the table, the prosecutor had the audicity to ask for a conitinous. Really?
We all know what he is going to do, he is going back to Erica Smith the latest – number 12 caseworker- and her bosses, to Diedrea Sands, and Rebecca Boles and have them falsify records. They have nothing on Samantha.
If they want to accuse her of deprivation and negelct, they must take it to state court as it is a class three felony under the Ga. Criminal Statute. They have no case. They can’t prove a case. They don’t want it out in the public which is what will happend if they were to charge her.
The burden of proof would fall on them instead of Samantha.
While this tidbit of news is wonderful, we have to maintain our stance. We can not let down our guard. They will try anything to keep Sam from getting her girls back because they have all but promised Donna Webb that she would be able to adopt them. And Donna has a brand new house she is paying for using the $16,000.00 a year she is making off the girls.
Jackson County DFC also has not proven reasonable effort in helping her reunify with her children. They have refused to find her housing which is the only thing she has left on her “case plan”.
Time to give it up Jackson County, time to bring those babies home where they are begging to be. Time to reunify this family and close this case.
