Jackson County Ga DFCS and Their Attorney Now Is Using Bully Threats to Intimadate Parents

Some people wonder how I find out the things I find out in Jackson County when I live so far away. Even though it has been years since I live there I still have eyes and ears in that county. The latest thing I found out by a very reliable source is now the Attorney for Jackson County DFCS Doug Haynes is threatening a parent who lost their child. This parent doesn’t live in the county anymore and Mr. Haynes sent word to that parent that he knew for a fact that the parent had intentionally harmed their child and that if that parent would just confess so he could prosecute using a criminal charge he would make sure that parent got their child back. Now this in itself is an oxymoron- IF he knows for a fact that the parent did indeed harm their child why hasn’t he already charged that parent with criminal charges under the GA. Criminal Statute? And if he knows he can do that why would he send word to that parent that he would see to it that the parent got the child back? If that parent is charged and convicted that parent goes to prison for child endangerment. Doug Haynes was trying to use the parent’s love for that child to get that parent to confess to a crime that parent didn’t committ. He is angry because that child is not in a stranger’s foster care.
He also sent word that if that parent steps foot in Jackson County he will take the child this particular parent is pregnant with as well. Again he is using threats and intimadation to make this parent feel they have to dance to DFCS’s tune. He has no case. If he did threats like this would not be necessary. He would just file criminal charges and run with it. He is on a very slippery slope. He is skirting the edges of misconduct by his words and actions.
This is the Method of Operation in this county and all other counties by DFCS. When they don’t have a case that is iron clad and they want that child they use threats – intimadation and harrassment to make the parent cave and sign over their children and terminalte their rights voluntarily it makes is less costly forthem and less messy in court with their lies.
This is just another tier of the corruption and greed and abuse that goes on in CPS/DCF. All parents are guilty until proven innocent and one can never be proven innocnet when their children are stolen.
To top it all off it is the end of the quarter and the end of the year. They are due for more federal funding if they can prove they are on track for adoptiong out a certain number of children.
It is time to fill the coffers and they want the money. Welcome to the illegal trafficiting of our children in the name of Government.
