Jackson County, Ga. DFCS has Just Hit a New Low

Autmn Destiny DeShawna Thomason, Carly Nicolle and Sara Louvelle Texanna Wilfawn with their real Mom Alice Samanth Thomason

I Just found out that Alice Samantha Thomason had a hearing on October 25th which she didn’t find out about until today. The reason the letter was received in the mail box from Jackson County DFCS on the 25th and she just got it. Jackson County made sure she did not show up for her hearing. They have been trying to find a way to keep her out of the loop now since the beginning of the theft of her children.
They now will say she is not working with them and that she doesn’t care for her childern. This only makes it easier for the Foster Care Provider Donna Webb to earn money off their backs to build her new house in Madison County.
The excuse they are going to use is “We have no control over the Mail.” No they may not but they could send it via email – phone call or snail mail in enough time to get to her way before court date.
This act was a flagrant attempt to keep Samantha out of court. She even talked to her caseworker Ms. Fields on the 25th and she never mentioned the fact that she had a hearing.
She new she had a panel hearing on Nov 18th but she had no clue she had a hearing on the 25th. Jackson County once again is proving they will go to any lengths to keep parents from their children. They will lie, keep court hearings secret and anything else to make sure a parent has no defenses to fight with.
Even a criminal is given better treatment. They are allowed their rights which Samantha has been stripped of. Her children have been put into slavery for monetary gain and Samantha is being kept in the dark.
It is time for this to stop it is time to return these children to their mother -it is time to give her the 16,000.00 that Donna Webb gets tax free so she can support her kids until the job market opens up in a county that is at 12.9% unemployment which is higher than the national average.
It is time DFCS is held accountable for the selling of our children.

  1. Damn

    What hearing was it Yvonne?

My daughter didn’t get her final orders until it was too late to appeal. THEN it was filled with out and out lies. I was in that courtroom and I know what was said and how it was said, exactly. The judge was’n’t going to take any chances on her winning an appeal over their F ups! He piled so much bs on her in those final orders “I” was even shocked at “his” behavior!!! NOTHING shocks me anymore, nothing!

    This case sickens me.
    CPS sickens me.
Texas CPS repeatedly lied to me in so many similar ways.
They claimed that they were investigating my wife’s abuse of our daughter when, in fact, they had closed the investigation. They sent me a letter informing me that the case was closed, past the 30 day window, so that no evidence could be accepted.
Their own records verify these facts.
