Jackson County Ga DFCS and the On Going Saga

These children need to go home with their mother they are being held hostage

Just when things couldn’t get any worse at Jackson County DFCS they do. Felica Johnson has left she was Samantha’s Case worker. Samantha has yet to be introduced to her tenth case worker. It is becoming so obvious as to what they are doing a two year old can see it.
As long as they can make Samantha jump through hoops – keep her dangling- and off center they are in charge. The foster care provider is making a killing off the backs of the three girls – so much so that she is able to afford to build a brand new house in Madison County.
The corruption in that county continues to grow and continues to be unfettered. There are no controls and no one watching the watchers. It came to my attention today that there is yet another parent who is being abused by the system in that county. Rebecca Boyles with CASA told this parent that the only way they would even remotely consider giving her – the children back was if she divorced her husband. They also told her that the only way her father would be able to get them was if she signed away her rights as a parent. They are getting money off these children as well. So is the foster care provider.

The criminal acitivity in this county is off the charts. Children are stolen every day by DFCS because they are broke. They are losing caseworkers faster than they can hire them. This county is one of the most economicly depsressed counties in the State of Ga. There are no jobs. The county was known for it’s manufacturing that is gone. All of that went over seas. This gives DFCS cause to steal children.

The time has come to but the brakes on, to hold DFCS accountable for their actions for stealing children. It is time for the children to go back home to their parents. It is time for the rights of these parents and children to stop having their rights violated. IT is time to make Rebecca Boyles, Deidra Sands, Judge Kevin Guidry, The Public Defender’s office and the Governor’s office all held responsible for their actions of abuse, greed and corruption.
