Jackson County Ga DFCS Refuses to even Talk to The Uncle of these girls to get them to Texas

Jackson County DFCS is at it again. Samantha’s brother who lives in Texas has contacted them about getting his neices. They have refused to talk to him. The current case worker is leaving and no one is in charge in that county or that office.
The main reason they are not talking to her uncle is this. In October she is supposed to go back to court, they want to terminate her rights, when they do they will get at least 18,000.00 so will Judge Guidry’s court. This county is broke that is a lot of money for that small office.
They are bringing in case workers from other counties to work the case loads in this county. Are there that many children been mistreated? I don’t think so. They are looking for the cash cow.
By not working to get these children to Texas they have free money and so does the foster care provider who is building a brand new home off the backs of six foster kids.
Felica is leaving she is the current case worker, she is not only going on maternity leave she is leaving DFCS. She told Samantha’s aunt she would pass along the file. She isn’t going to pass it along, it will sit on someone’s desk until after the court hearing.
It is not in the best interest of the children to be sold into slavery to strangers for over 18,000.00 – they should be with their family. I have directed her aunt to contact these people about this criminal act on the behalf of the children by Jackson County Ga DFCS. Once again they have been put on notice.
It is all about the money. Under title IV Funding they are supposed to place these kids with family. Family is trying to get them and they refuse and I repeat refuse to respond. This is not the first time they have done this either. Her other aunt and uncle tried to get them in Pickens county and they drug their feet then as well. We know why it is the money.
