Judge Kevin Guidry Jackson County Ga Juvenile Court Puts a Price on Three Children

Alice Samantha Thomason, with her children Autmn Destiny DeShawna Thomason, Carly Skyler and Sara Louvelle Texanna Wilfawn who are being sold by Judge Kevin Guidry Jackson County DFCS for a profit

Today Samantha headed to court in Jackson County for her appeal on Rebecca Boles recomendation to the panel that she lose her rights to her children. The hearing was a joke at best and a farce at its worst.
According to her attorney one Crandell Heard she had no chance if she didn’t get on the stand. Well Deidra Sands the attorney for DFCS tried everything she had in her bag of tricks to ruin Samantha’s name and chances, she asked Samantha about a boyfriend in Toccoa who she has not been involved with for months, she asked her about why she was not on medication. She berated her and asked her why she still didn’t have a job.
Fact: Jackson County’s unemployment rate is 11.9% which is higher than the national average. There are no jobs in that county period. Second, DFCS has not made “reasonable effort” as they were supposed to under title IV Funding to help her aquire, job, housing, transportation, etc in order to help her be reunified with her children.
Fact: Judge Kevin Guidry’s Court stands to make at least $18,000.00 off the three girls if he terminates Samantha’s rights under Title IV Funding. He stated in open court that he never “overturns” the panels decision.
Question: Did Judge Guidry ask in open court if DFCS had made reasonable effort to reunify this family?
Answer: No he did not.
Fact: Crandell Heard Samantha’s PD did not bring that up as a matter of record for the court bad move
Fact: Jackson County DFCS also stands to make $18,000.00 off these three children when the rights of their mother is terminated according to Titlte IV Funding
Fact: Samantha had done everything on her case plan except housing and a job again the job market is 0 in Jackson county.
Fact: Jackson County has no case so they are making things up as they go along, Samantha has done her plan.
Fact: DFCS has not made reasonable effort to help reunify this family, case in point the new case worker Felica Johnson has had Samantha’s case a month and finally got around to seeing her on Friday June 25th.
Fact: the only losers in the case are Samantha and her children.
Fact: the Money winners in this case Jackson County DFCS, Judge Kevin Guidry and the foster care provider and any adoptive parents.
Fact: Judge Guidry refuses to judge a case on the merit of the parent – he only pays attention to DFCS and CASA
Conclusion: How many people are in this bed?
