Felica Johnson Jackson County GA DFCS Caseworker tries to CYA

Alice Samantha Thomason and her girls who have been kidnapped by Jackson County Ga DFCS Autumn Destiny DeShawna Thomason, Carly Skyler and Sara Louvelle Texanna Wilfawn

Well it seems that Felica Johnson the latest in a long list of caseworkers for Samantha has finally decided that she needs a face to face with Samantha. She has been the newest case worker since the end of May and today June 24th, she calls and leaves a message on Samantha’s phone and tell her that they need to meet. She had managed to meet with the girls, the girls father who is in prison in Macon Ga which is a four hour drive from Jackson County, for which she got paid but yet she waits until now to want to meet with Samantha.
The reason it has now become an emergency on her part- The court date is in four days June 28th at 9:00AM. Samantha has filed an appeal where Rebecca Boles from CASA demanded that the Panel terminate her rights.
Felica doesn’t want to wind up with egg on her face when they go to court, so she thought she was going to make Samantha jump through hoops to cover her… well we all know what she is trying to cover.
This is just another example of the unprofessional attitude of this county and the DFCS there. They change caseworkers continually so that no matter what the parent does they can never complete a case plan. It is called a shell game. The new caseworker, says paper work is lost, the case plan is not right, etc, etc. This is to keep the children in the system so they can make more money off their backs.
How much are these children worth? Currently they are worth over $16,0000.00 a year at a minumum to the foster care provider Donna Webb. They are worth about $6,0000.00 to DFCS and at least a couple of thousand to the doctor who prescribes psychotorpic drugs to Shawna for alledged ADHD. Yes these girls are cash cows for all involved including Judge Kevin Guidry’s court who stands to earn $6,000.00 off each girl if he terminates Samantha’s rights.
All this money is paid under the Adoption and Safe Families act signed first in 1976 by Jimmy Carter and amended by Bill Clinton in 1996 with the Title IV E and B Funding to foster care providers, courts and DFCS. Felica the caseworker will also get a bonus off the girls if they are torn permantly from their mother. Yes, they get a bonus for selling children.
