Today is May 29, 2010. My daughter has been in Georgia State Custody since October 2008. I have completed caseplan as designated by Paulding County Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) only to have a Judge (Sandra W. Miller) order me to redo items without just cause. I’ve been treated like a convicted criminal, restrained from meaningful contact with my daughter Tamia Michelle Williams and denied all contact with my son Deshaun Caleb Williams. The incident which brought my children into care was allowing my daughter to witness domestic violence. The very individual that was deemed as a victim by Douglas County Sheriff’s Office has refused to testify, does not wish to pursue charges and feels there is no basis for the charges from the state and has made a sworn affidavit to this and filed it with the Douglas County Superior Court. I was initially charged with cruelty to children so that the state could take my daughter into custody. This charge was later dropped because there was no basis for it and my child has still not been returned to my custody without just cause. Not to mention that my family has also been denied the right to custody for a year and a half.
I have been harassed, mistreated for almost two years and had my military career completey ruined by those who are suppose to uphhold the law. I’ve had my 14th Amendment rights violated several times over. I served this country for almost 14 years and I recieved no respect,justice, or protection from the the very people who are suppose to uphold the very laws that I laid my life on the line to defend and protect.
Myself and others have been wrecking our brains trying to figure out why my child is still in foster care. I discovered the shocking reality and answer to this question on yesterday. My child is still in foster care because the Douglas County DA’s Office (Tom Weathers) needs her to convict me of false allegations. Children can be forced to testify against a parent in criminal proceedings if they do not live with the parent – A lower judge ruled that a Massachusetts law protecting children from testifying against their parents in criminal proceedings applies only to children who live with the parent charged. Children who live with an accused parent are the ones “most vulnerable to harm if made to testify,” Justice John M. Greaney wrote in the unanimous decision upholding the lower court.
They have my daughter on a video interview where they coerced and coached her to make false statements. In order to include that as admissible during trial they need to be able to have my daugher testify against me legally. I know she was coached because I have been told by the DA that her statements will cause me harm if I go trial – I was there during the incident in question if she had stated the events as they occured there would be no harm. In addition, I have documented from the The Department of Family and Child Services where my daughter could only recall bits and peices of what actually happened.
My son’s father has refused to testify and they feel the only way they can get a conviction is from my daughter’s coached statement. I am outraged not only at this manipulation but that The DA’s office is doing it at my daughter’s expense. My child should have never been in foster care. She was only placed there as a safety for the DA’s case. But I will have you to know that in the process you have subject my daughter to abuse. She has been moved four different times to four different homes -two of which were because she was physically and emotionally abused. You have lied and swore before the courts that you are “looking out for the best interest of the child” YOU CARE NOTHING ABOUT MY CHILD. The DA is only using her to play a role in their sick plot to convict me.
They gave the juvenile courts and judges too much discreation and power in allowing them to uphold law based soley on looking out for the best interest of the child. My case is a prime example. They have used this in order to violate my due process rights as protected under the U.S Constitution – falsifying and creating evidence and illegally allowing it to be admissilbe in a court of law and doing it all in the name of looking out for the best interest of the child.
All who played a hand in this is a disgrace to the U.S. Constitution, Mothers, Soldiers, and Jesus Christ Himself. I also know that My God sits high and looks low and that there is nothing hidden from Him. God is not mocked, that what a man sows shall he also reap. I have been subject to so much injustice in the last year and a half that it exceeds anything that I ever thought could be subject upon man living in “The Land of the Free” with laws to protect it’s citizens. But thank God man is not my Judge. And though those who are suppose to uphold the law and the integrity of the judicial system lie and constantly repeat the slogan of “looking out for the best interest of the child”. I know One who does look out for Tamia and every other child that the system has used and abused and He will hold everyone involved accountable in due time. Because Tamia is covered by the blood of the Lamb and whatever harm that anyone intends to do to her unjustly, He will allow it to be upon them instead.
I won’t resort to spitefulness nor vindictiveness through retaliation. But I do know how to pray as I have already offered this up to the Father and He will do with them whatever He sees fit. You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you (Matthew 5:43-44). But just wanted to put it out there that I am well aware of the TRUTH.

ALL OF GEORGIA DFCS ARE CORRUPT!!!! You think this only goes on every once in a blue moon? And you probably think this woman must be leaving out some details? There must be more to the story, right? Think again. Look up Alex Jones’ website and search CPS corruption, or just search Nancy Schaefer on the internet. She was a Georgia senator who stood up to the corruption of CPS in ga. I suppose a Senator would be clueless too right? If we as a team in the state of Georgia don’t do something about the “system” this will continue to happen. There is case law on OUR side, not the government’s. Nobody has ever taken them to court and stood up to them. Until somebody tells them to STOP they won’t!! The children are suffering more harm at the hands of the people who have a responsiblity to protect them than if they were left alone to begin with!!! I am with you ma’am on anything you need help with. I too have been where you are.

Douglas and Paulding Counties are horribly corrupt, the judges and lawyers there are ignorant, greedy, lying, scummy, “Dixie Mafia” drug cartel members, and just plain low down trash! I’ve personally witnessed a Douglas County Superior Court Judge put on a (fraudulent) weekly “hot dog lunch for charity” (aka “bribe the judges event”) at a church in Douglasville. I noticed that my $5 contribution didn’t quite match the $1,000 to $5,000 wads of cash that others were “contributing” through a slot in the top of a pasteboard “contribution box”, so later, I asked my friend, who had invited me to attend, “what was that REALLY all about?” He said “you have to pay to play.” After watching what took place at his “front” business, I realized that he was using his “professional office” as a drug distribution center. The so called “pillars of the community” are the largest contributors and the most corrupt people, they include attorneys, ministers, veterinarians, bankers, building contractors, and the head of “refrigerated air freight” for THE major airline in Atlanta (care to guess what arrives from Colombia marked “RUSH : fresh cut flowers”?). A now former speaker of the house of representatives of Georgia (from Paulding County – whom I recently covertly DESTROYED) is one of the “kingpins” of the dope operation. All Douglas County Superior Court Judges AND the Chief Sheriffs of Douglas and Paulding Counties are DEEPLY involved. I will not even drive through those two counties any more! MANY State Representatives from across Georgia are also members of the “Dixie Mafia”, that’s how they go from rags to riches right after they’re elected. Senator Nancy Schaeffer tried to blow the whistle on the HUGE dope ring and D.F.A.C.S. and the courts kidnapping and selling children – she was murdered and I have uncovered seven other murders of persons who “knew too much” about Schaeffer’s murder. Anyone who lives in Georgia, Florida, or Alabama needs to be aware that the “Dixie Mafia” OWNS those states. (Don’t go to the dog track/casino at Shorter, Alabama, the owner [“Mr. M.M.”] is a billionaire and his TRUE income [from dope] is “laundered” through that facility! I KNOW, I’M NOT GUESSING!) No one will investigate, the corruption runs sooo deep that even the “Feds” are involved in the importation of HUGE quantities of cocaine, heroin, and crystal meth. I was a high ranking field investigator for a federal agency for about thirty years, I know PRECISELY what’s going on, but I dare not attempt to stop it – murder means nothing to the “Dixie Mafia” (a group of gangsters who are so powerful that local law enforcement claims out of fear “it doesn’t exist, it’s been gone since the 70’s, forget it!”.) The “Dixie Mafia” has now allied with the “Outlaws” motorcycle club, so anyone with a lick of common sense knows they’re all pure trash (to join the “Dixie Mafia”, a person MUST have a regular job so that he can explain his income and keep that precious “public veil of respectability” intact). Don’t even TRY to say that I’m wrong OR that I’m lying, that’ll PROVE who YOU work for! G_d help us all, this country is GONE!

(I’ll move forward with this issue before proceeding with the D.F.A.C.S. office investigation.) The “hot dog lunch for charity” (scam) was operated by Douglas County Superior Court Judge James. The man who took me along as his guest was Dr. Larry Ross Hedrick, D.V.M., who at the time owned Douglas County Animal Hospital and his weekly contribution was $1,500 (the hospital has since changed hands and the new owner is not involved in ANY illegal activities.) I filed a “confidential” complaint about Dr. Hedrick being drunk on the job, reusing disposable injection syringes and needles dozens of times (“they’re just animals”), and not keeping the hospital’s veterinary controlled substances under lock and key, (among other things) with the State Board and they revoked his license, those records are sealed and stored in Macon, Georgia. The investigator for the state was supplied drawings of the office and a list of what was kept where and what went on where at what time of day, plus I phoned him and let him know what else was going on that I dared not include in my written complaint. (The state board did not need a warrant to “inspect” the premises and they did not have to deal with or notify the local officials – in other words, I “back doored” Hedrick’s operation so he would have no advance warning.) Dr. Hedrick was laundering his dope income by listing it as “heart worm treatments”, which explained why the office bathroom was stacked to the ceiling with unopened cases of prescription heart worm medication – over $500,000 worth at WHOLESALE prices (purchased as a “CYA” in case someone questioned his unusually high reported income. “Well, I have the receipts to cover all the medications for those treatments.”). The most prominent “pillars of the community” who appeared at the bribery lunches were “fixer” attorney Joseph Fowler and his brother, banker, and dope money launderer Dan Fowler (the Fowler brothers moved to Douglasville from New York. The Fowler brothers and all Douglas County Superior Court Judges are involved in the D.F.A.C.S. ring, as was the now FORMER Speaker of the House Glenn Richardson. I knew Richardson was dirty and he was moving up fast in Georgia politics, he was very close friends with Governor Perdue, another uncaught major criminal figure and another shady veterinarian. Back in 2004, I would call Richardson’s home to ask him about some legislation. Every time I called when his wife, Susan, was out of town, a young lady with a foreign accent answered. There was no doubt in my mind that young women were his chosen poison, so I made a permanent mental note of that fact “just in case.” I asked Glenn who the young lady was and he very firmly informed me that she was his housekeeper and she was none of my business. I now had all but an outright confession of infidelity. I knew I’d stepped in it and I expected retribution, the stories of Richardson’s sociopathic behavior were already legendary. Sure enough, Richardson had his capitol “hawks” (goon squad) manufacture a reason to pick me up for “questioning”. I was taken away and “disappeared”. Five months of my life were forever lost locked away and forgotten in a huge jail. 24/7 I was kept totally nude in a tiny, windowless, cement floored, walled and ceilinged solitary confinement cell, which contained only a combined toilet and sink (no bed, no chair, no shower, no pillow, no mattress, no soap, no towels, NOTHING except toilet tissue – I used my precious roll of toilet tissue as a pillow). All that without ever being charged with a crime. I was not listed in the jail’s records, I was not allowed any telephone calls or mail, thus no attorney or family members could be notified – I had simply ceased to exist. By the grace of God, an investigator from The Southern Center For Human Rights walked through the jail to see if it was in compliance with a prior lawsuit they had filed and won. I knew she was out of place there, so I thought “this may be my blessing.” As she walked past my cell, I was peering through the little food delivery slot and saw her. I screamed “HEY, PLEASE HELP ME!”. She walked over and we started talking and she was scribbling copious notes on her legal pad. Finally, she said “what are you charged with? These cells aren’t even supposed to be occupied.” I said “I don’t know, no one has taken me before a magistrate and the deputies say they can’t talk to me.” She said “YOU’VE BEEN HELD HERE FOR FIVE MONTHS AND NO ONE HAS TOLD YOU WHY?” I said “that’s correct”. She said “Oh my God! Who brought you here?” I said “two plain clothes men in suits who wouldn’t identify themselves.” She said “we just located a Vietnamese man on the fifth floor who was only supposed to be held here for three days – this is his seventeenth month! He speaks very little English, so the deputies just ignore his pleas for help.” My only thought was “thank you God! I’ve only been forced to endure five months!” A couple of days later, a group of attorneys arrived to interview me, then my name suddenly and mysteriously appeared in the computer records. Things were looking up. I was issued a uniform, a mattress, a pillow, soap, and towels. If there’s anything public officials fear, it’s public exposure and corruption charges that make the news day after day. The top Fulton County Sheriff was Jacqueline Barrett, she and her Chief Deputy, Caudell Jones, were stealing millions of dollars from the county, so that made the jail issues front page news. Jones was never in uniform, he always wore flashy clothes, REAL $10,000 watches, and $750 and up shoes, obviously not items that honest “law enforcement” people can afford. Barrett was a little snot, she wouldn’t speak to anyone when she walked through, which was MAYBE once a month. At any rate, a lawsuit was filed, THEN Sheriff Barrett came to visit me, plus everyone in the facility was given double portions of food every day. She said “what do you want from us?” I said “I want out and I mean NOW, you sawed off little bi*ch! You’ll soon be in a cell, which is right where YOU belong!” She left in a huff, then Chief Deputy Jones stopped by and opened the door – the light flooding in from the outside was blinding. After months of existing in near total darkness, I could barely see. Jones said the same thing Barrett did and I told him “GET ME OUT OF HERE RIGHT NOW! YOU’RE GOING TO PRISON and I PRAY YOU DIE THERE, YOU SORRY S.O.B.!” (He did just that – don’t tell me there’s no God!) They released me on Saturday, 3JULY04, they knew I couldn’t reach the media without great difficulty until Monday, by then, the story was considered “stale”. I immediately went to my former home – it was now occupied by someone else – everything I owned was gone. I had maybe $1,200 in the bank and my credit was shot, I was reduced to cleaning a laundromat seven days a week for $100 in cash. My car was still right where I’d parked it, but it had been broken into and ransacked. The only clothes I had were the ones I was wearing, plus two dirty T shirts that were in the trunk of the car. That car became my residence. Living in an automobile is very humiliating, yet very motivating, and it allows for plenty of time to plan revenge. Have you ever had to eat ramen noodle soup from disposable containers? Believe me, that’s a luxury compared to jail food! During the day, I kept the laundromat sparkling clean. After work, I stood in a large plastic garbage can filled with cold water and bathed, then locked up the business and slept in my car in the parking lot. This went on for many months. During that time, Richardson’s downfall plans was carefully thought out and every little detail was checked and double checked to be sure they could not fail and their origins could never be detected by anyone. That dope dealing, child kidnapping, adulterous, no good pile of scum WAS going to be ruined. I’m very patient, I waited years to play my hand. Phase one : Somewhat effective, from Wikipedia : “The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that the Democratic Party of Georgia had filed an ethics complaint about Richardson based on an allegation that Richardson engaged in an ‘inappropriate’ and ‘personal’ relationship with a female lobbyist from Atlanta Gas Light in 2006, while the company was seeking legislative approval for a $300 million pipeline across the state. Richardson only responded by stating that ‘the bad news for those that manufactured, dispensed and stirred unreasonably the poison is that I survived. And I’m looking for those that manufactured that poison.'” HERE I AM, PUNK! No problem, his tastes didn’t change, so I simply waited another couple of years for him to become comfortable and relaxed so I could strike again. Phase two : In January of 2008, I anonymously sent his wife, Susan, a nice video of Glenn and ONE of his young lovers “playing in public”. A month later, the two were divorced. His political career continued, but I was determined to end his political career forever! In 2009, I heard that Glenn and Susan were going to try and patch things up. Phase three : I asked a friend from a very prominent and honest family if I could borrow his “extra” condo on Peachtree Street in the hotel district. The family hides ownership of their properties behind layer upon layer of corporate ownership because they fear for their safety – I knew no one could discover who the condo belongs to. We installed micro cameras all over the condo, the one over the bed in the master bedroom was hidden in the smoke detector. We hired one of the underage looking girls from a strip club to “accidentally” meet Glenn and “work” him. The mobster who owned the club, “Little Manny”, was ecstatic and eager to help, he hated Richardson, too. “Little Miss Blondie” set Richardson’s pants on fire. She invited him up to “her” condo for a “visit”. Copies of the video went to Susan, his mother, and his law partners. BOOM! His career is history and he’s living with his mother, plus he’s now only allowed one very short visit per month with his sons – WITH TWO SUPERVISORS PRESENT AT ALL TIMES BECAUSE HE’S DANGEROUS! : “The 49-year-old Richardson, once thought to be a serious contender for governor, had gone right back to shaking hands at chicken-and-grits fundraisers after trying to kill himself. But he had been silent since his ex-wife claimed this week that he slept with a lobbyist pushing a $300 million pipeline bill he was co-sponsoring.
It has been a dizzying fall for one of Georgia’s most powerful political figures. Sheriff’s deputies found him Nov. 8, 2009, slumped semiconscious on the edge of the bathtub at his west Georgia home after he called his mother to say he had swallowed pills. A suicide note and a silver .357 Magnum were on the counter next to him. The contents of the note have not been released.” HOW DOES IT FEEL TO HAVE THE TABLES TURNED, YOU NASTY PUNK?! The El Paso Journal Newspaper : Ex-Fulton Chief Deputy Dies In El Paso Jail

El Paso – A former sheriff’s chief deputy who pleaded guilty for his role in an investment scandal that shook the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office in Atlanta has died in an El Paso Jail.
Caudell Jones died in his sleep Saturday at a minimum-security federal prison in El Paso, Texas, his lawyer, Mike Puglise, told The news media.
Prosecutors said Jones solicited and accepted more than $10,000 in cash payments from former MetLife Financial Services investment adviser Byron Rainner, who sought and was awarded substantial investment business from the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. Jones was the department’s chief deputy at the time.
Among other payments, Jones received a FedEx package containing cash from Rainner at Jones’ home in January 2004, prosecutors said. He pleaded guilty last year and was sentenced to 15 months in prison.
Rainner was sentenced in 2006 to 2 1/2 years in prison after being convicted of fraud-related charges stemming from his business dealings with the county. The scandal embroiled three-term former Sheriff Jackie Barrett, though she has never been charged with any wrongdoing.
Jones’ death stunned his family and attorney.
Jones attorney Puglise said. “His family is in shock and disbelief, as I am. Caudell was not only my client but my friend. He was a family man and he loved his family dearly.” The family wants details of Jones death and the circumstances surrounding it. The El Paso Sheriff’s office says “Jones died in his sleep and they have ruled out any foul play”.

Also let me say that i am maternal grandmother and was kept out of the way on false allegations of “pattern of maltreatment”….I would not cooperate and after many moths of hell and embarrassment they finaly beat it! then i called up to the clerk at juvie and wanted to know what i had to do to get my grandbaby out of foster care. my late husband was a laGrange Attorney and this clerk has always been friendly to me. Man I felt if i had gone up there she would have big Deputy whats his name haul my ass off to jail! She talked to me like i was trash! Said ms. Thornton! no one, NO ONE up there was going to answer any of my questions that I WAS NOT A PARTY TO THIS CASE AND IF I HAD AN ISSUE WITH DFCS TO CALL THEM!!! Well,
i have actually been SCREAMED at by my daughters court appointed attorney, it was bad i can still see his face and im surprised he didnt spit on me it was so bad, i cant stop thinking about it….all because at her TPR trial we told him to “get’ a continuance because he was not prepared. he truly only knew one side DFCS side and he lied to my daughter said that the SAAG said no continuance..well the SAAG is DFCS attorney and the trial proceded and my child lost her only child! im very upset but would like to talk with you further. please read what little i have under her viseo on my home page and watch the viseo if you dont mind.

I hear that the Judge in Paulding County (Sandra Miller) is sleeping with the DFCS attorney (Joseph Justice). In addition, they both came up with this scam with Paulding County DFCS to pocket money. She was nominated and appointed as the Juvenile Court Judge when she gave up her position as Paulding County DFCs SAAG Attorney. She with the help of the Director of Paulding County DFCS insured that Jospeh Justice (who is her former law partner) would be Paulding County DFCS new SAAG Attorney. They agreed to substantiate neglect and abuse in all cases where any parent most likely would fight to keep their child. They also agreed to ensure that those cases remain open as long as possible with the appearance of reunification so that they could pocket money from services being recieved and so that Paulding County DFCS could recieve federal funding. In the event that the child is adoptable severe the rights because that is more money (adoption bonus) and if they are not adoptable give them back after being kept in the system as long as they can manage to keep them there. This Judge needs to be disqualified. She should be behind bars for breaking the law instead of trying to falsly uphold it.

My friend and his wife were in the process of adopting two little girls. They had cared for the crack baby from birth. The baby was returned to the biological mother because she lived with its father even though her other children, all from different fathers, were taken from her, she did not have a way to support them, and she failed drug tests again and again. Being blood related does not make people families.
On the other hand, we have seen many children kept from families they should have been returned too. Hard choices and each case should be carefully investigated.
FOLLOW THE MONEY. Who profits from failed criminal justice and horrifically overcrowded prisons that are bankrupting states across the nation?
District attorneys and prosecutors who are promoted for winning cases and harsh sentences at any cost; Tough-on-crime scare tactic politicians; Guard employee unions; For-profit-contract-bed-privatized-corporation prisons; The bail bond industry that benefits from unnecessary criminal justice practices that increase incarceration; The list goes on…..

Bibb county is one of the worst ones yet. DFCAS is the worst thing that has ever happened to children!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know all too well!!!!!!!!!!! My son could tell them folks a thing or two about foster care. I cant have my own children in my custody yet I could be a foster parent if I wanted to. I hate dfcas and everything they lie about!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is suppose to be a service to help families but insted it tears them apart!!!!!!!!!!!! Gives food stamps to all the wrong ones and medicaid also. Wake up people they have all the power and there is nothing we can do. I was raised to respect others, and be kind to everyone. Everything that we are taught as kids on how to act, what is right or wrong are fairy tales because the world is completely backwards. Only the cruel, cut throat people make it. be a ball player and make billions but bust your ass waiting tables or building houses and dont even make enough to survive. All the people in power should have their kids takin away, loose their house, walk to work, go hungry then maybe, and that is a BIG maybe they may think about us common, low income, no one to count on folks and just how hard it really is for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I know how you feel I cant find a lawyer to elp me and I am looking for work and I go to school and they took my kids under false pretenses A Dfacs worker lied and had them removed and i had the allegations dropped they were ridiculous, now I have lost my parental rights long story , But I never harmed my children and they were well taken care of.

I understand what you were going through,my family is going through the same thing now. My cousin had a daugther hang herself and a month later because of false allegations her remaining children were taking and placed in foster care.I was told that someone would be to my house in 5 days to check the allegations since the mother and children were at my house at the time of the allegations and it has been 3months. We went to court and the allegations were dropped because the person who made them did not want to come to court to testify or be known who they were. Douglasville sent someone out to my house 3wks ago to inspect it and I was told my house was approved for the kids to come to also a Cobb County Dfacs worker came (since I live in Cobb County) talked with us and inspected my house.The kids still have not made it to my house matter of fact they just recently moved to the fourth foster home.When i tried to contact the caseworker no one returned my call so I had to make a formal complaint and than heard from someone in 30 min.I am now being told because I live in Cobb they have to transfer the case over here to be approved.I also got a call this week from the CASA wanting to come meet me and also inspect my house.I don’t understand if the case was dropped and since than 2 ppl from two different counties have already came and inspected my house and found nothing what is the problem? I need to find out what else I can do to try to expedite this,these kids do not need to keep having trauma in their life unnecessarily.

I lost my children to my boyfriends parents back in 2008. His mother a Magistrate court clerk of 15 years (Carroll County GA.) His father a Local Preacher. I had 2 children from a previous marriage & 2 biracial children with my boyfriend. We hit HARD TIMES in 2008! He lost his job, I still to this day have never received child support from my ex and our light’s were turned off. My boyfriends Parents filed a Private deprivation order- Came with cops at 9pm and TOOK OUR KIDS by force. The cop threatened to shoot me if I did not hand over my screaming son. While in their care My oldest son was molested (By my boyfriends Mentally handicapped older brother whom still lived at home with his parents) Sodomized, thrown down steps, called racial slur’s, with held food & sleep from him for day’s at a time. My Daughter (Also fro my previous marriage) Was beaten, Molested (Not only by my boyfriends Father, YES the HOLY local Preacher but by Members of the church) She was stripped down naked for urinating in her clothes’ and whipped on her “Goodies” with a wet wash cloth, She too was derived from food and sleep for day at a time, Called racial slurs ect. WELL…. during fighting Carroll Co. juvenile court to get my kids back- Therapist testified to the abuse (My kids were pulled out of therapy & a Medical complaint was filed by the abusers aka meaning the harpist could no longer testify due to a conflict of interest) CPS did not believe the allegations against the Abusers. Carrollton PD did not believe, NOT EVEN the juvenile Judge DANIEL CAMP- Hell, Who would???? She was a RESECTED Carroll co. court clerk & He was a up standing Pastor in the community. I was called crazy, Unstable, a bad mother, a liar and was put through the ringer!!!! I have completed case plan after case plan, Mental evaluation, Home checks, Court advised therapy. ALL meanwhile the school, the Doctors, the ER, the MANY therapist, were all contacting Carroll Co. CPS about the abuse they suspected. CPS never did anything but make the abuse worse on my children by telling the abuser’s EXACTY what my kids had just confessed to them in the other room. CPS would go to court and bat for these Evil monsters!!!! Judge Daniel Camp never believed a word I said until ONE DAY…. My 6 year old oldest Son was taken to the Carroll county ADULT jail by the abusers and left for the entire afternoon. In this time my son was exposed to his biological Father (Whom was a current inmate) from behind a glass window. According to my son, They brought him ***** in and made him face the wall, and started hitting him (2 cops in the room with his bio dad) while the cop behind the glass with my son pulled out his gun, Showed it to my Son & said if you ever lie on the police or try to run from the police we will shoot you! My Son was then taken to a cell, Given dinner an locked in (From what he say’s felt like all night because he fell asleep) My son claims they Abusers (Oh I’m sorry he Caregivers) did this because he told CPS the truth. “and CPS, and the school’s, and the cops, and the judges are ALL FRIENDS with T**** & V*****” (The abusers names) Well my court appointed attorney and I brought this to court- LOW and behold THE Freaking abusers Admitted they did this!!!! But insisted it was because my so was caught at school stealing food & a jacket! HOT HELL that answer opened a wide range of questions from the Judge about the previous allegations to my kids being starved, an sent to school in shorts and flip flops in 30 degree weather. Followed by a GOOD old tongue lashing from Judge Daniel Camp. That day The judge removed & replaced the G.A.L. Gave me and my kids a restraining order against Carroll Co. CPS- ALL further contact shall be from Atlanta CPS. A year later my kids finally came home. We fought tooth & nail, through this ordeal. The day I got my kids back fulltime my attorney instructed me to RUN LIKE HELL AWAY FROM CARROLL COUNTY! because CPS has a Personal vendetta for me. I shook their local branch to the CORE! NOW, 2 years later- We are out of Carroll County, Living low- NO TRACE, still in therapy. My two oldest have been diagnosed with a WIDE range of things but mostly PTSD. They still live in fear, suffer from nightmares, Panic attacks, and suffer a hatred for law enforcement- I don’t think will ever be fixed. Recently a Carroll county CPS worker came to my Mother’s home looking for us, Sayin it’s a open investigation?!?!?! UMM WHAT?!?! You crossed over county lines to investigate someone who does not live in your County & has a restraining order against you?!! Also I this past week I was Told Carroll County Child support enforcement is DEMANDING I show up IN PERSON with rear’s of $3,300 by Aug 28th or they are putting a warrant out on me. I wanted to write this blog for anyone struggling right now. I know your heart is hurting & you feel like this will never end. I PROMISE it will! DON’T GIVE UP!!! Call Atlanta CPS to investigate your local CPS department, Call the Mayor, The Governor, The local police, The local news (I never had luck but maybe you will) The GBI (I also contacted them about pictures my daughter said was taken of her- They will continue to work on this, IF EVER nude pictures come up on the net of my child, It will be linked to the Original abuse) You might be called a LIAR, CRAZY, EVEN A DRUGGIE WHO CARES?!?!?! FIGHT FIGHTFIGHT! Never shut up! You will get through this. Be the voice for your Silenced Child/ Children. Know God is with you every step of the way. I do not want to discourage you but also be prepared for HOW your babies will be retuned! You will make it through. This fight is not in vein. Get them babies & get out! Good luck to you ALL!!!

Wow, my kids were taken away from me 10 years ago. My brother wanted to get some kind of custody to make sure they were safe. He jumped thru all the hoops, home visits, everything necessary for them to be able to come with him. But by then the fp had developed an unhealthy attachment to my youngest (who was 8 mths old at the time), fp told my older kids she was going to adopt my youngest. She would not release him into my brothers custody. A judge had to force her or she would go to jail. This fp wanted to keep my kid like he had been a stray dog. It took me a year to get them back. Even after the case plan was completed, dfcs wanted my kids to stay in the system for yet another year. The judge luckily did not agree. DFCS lied the first time we went to court and I wasnt allowed to speak, my court appointed attorney said jack and shit. This time I was prepared with my evidence to dispute the original lie.

if you think Douglas County defax are bath try a Cobb County defax with Marietta police I took my babies from a babysitter that was committing child abuse I have the picture file charges against her in Cobb County bagged effects for help she gets charged she cause defects in Cobb County and they come and take my kids over the comments of one who’s going to jail for child abuse to top it off the defects worker did not investigate she demanded I take my kids outside in brutal son babies I told her to come inside and formed her I was recording the situation under my constitutional rights she gets man tells me I can’t record it denies me my constitutional rights three times call Scott County police out here about 10 of them show up I can record it so she gets pissed cuz shes on tape and takes my kids over somebody’s comment who’s going to jail or is in jail for child abuse twice got it on camera he told the police I did not her the right to come in and see the kids I told the police that’s a lot its own camera on my record and they said they was here to keep peace and when I look at it but yet both of these officers are up in the car with this woman like that their wife or something given legal advice on how she can take my kids I asked for the sergeant over 30 times the police officer said if I ask again he was going to put me in jail another violation of constitutional rights I kept asking you don’t put me in jail if I can’t pass it to hush leave a light in my rights for freedom of speech Cobb County Police Department are Marietta Police Department and the CD packs department or coincide together to take people’s kids to make money they said they was here to keep peace they could not help me but three other females come up here not associated with it they run off and help them everytime I ask for help they threaten to put me in jail keep in mind this is a reverse discrimination against these police officers its all on today I’m calling for everybody all citizens everybody who cares about their children the government has gone too far when we was growing up kids do not kill kids kids did not shoot up schools government gets involved you can’t punish your kids and teach him right from wrong if you do you go to jail defects take some and if you don’t you go to jail defects take some parents are screwed now our kids are killing everybody because the government put their nose where it don’t belong your constitutional rights says government has limited power you

I am in a simular predicament. Although the judge is more for us then the dfcs. When we had court on feb 8 2016 we caught our dfcs worker in a lie. She stated that we have not seen one of our counslers for a very long time and that she had implemented them a long time ago, when in fact the lady had been coming over and she had only put in place the family counsling a week prior to the court date. We had proof of her lies and stated that. She tried very hard to get them taken away again and us put in jail. While the judge was sternly talking to us i saw the dfcs with a huge grin on her face but as soon as she heard we had evidence againts her the smile went away. So our kids are with us under a protective order.
