This is just a sample of the cases where CPS Workers have falsified records to keep their jobs and cover their tracks. How many more are there in the different states? How much cover up has there been? How many cases are really not cases, just lies? My guess would be many more than we will ever know. There is no one hold them accountable, there is no one watching the watchers. The reason is they are allowed ot operate under secrecy – they don’t have to be honest. They can lie, abuse and do anything else they want to and are allowed to get away with it.

A former employee of a company that contracted with the state Department of Children and Families faces charges that he falsified records, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said today. Damion Hall, 29, of Port Orange, was arrested Sunday, accused of five counts of falsification of records and four counts of forgery, the FDLE said. Hall previously worked as a case manager for Community Partnership for Children, a community agency under contract with DCF, officials said.

TALLAHASSEE — State lawmakers moved quickly to stiffen criminal penalties for falsifying records in child-welfare cases Friday, as the governor ordered Florida’s top child-welfare official to Miami to aid in the investigation of a missing girl whose disappearance went undetected for more than a year. In a unanimous vote, the House passed a bill that would make it a felony for any state worker or private contractor hired by the state to alter, destroy or falsify records in a child-welfare or elder-abuse case.

how do you go about turning in a worker who is falsifying these records because it seems asif one hand is washing the other and everytime you go up the chain of commands it just gets worst for you. My casemanager falsified medical records for my son and also reports for calls that where made about ant bites and also 2 black eyes on one child and a split eyebrow on the other. The youngest was removed because of what was said to be medical neglect only now they see that it was not medical neglect they did not have their facts straight in that matter. So they are trying to cover their trail and the lies just keep getting better and better but more obserded. what can i do who do i talk to?

o it is very hard state prosecutor rarely indict always cover for such trouble breakin the law worker at cps dcf dyfs etc. but it can be done i say go to the fed FBI make a valid clear written draft complain against the worker as suit at same time good luck.i use company called L.A.C.E.Advocate Group google it good luck they has so much success winning as writin great draft as fbi got a case open with them against a worker who falsified 1 of the lead advocate owner daughte record as well as the suit won as others pending good luck yall.great blog. reach them directly i began volunteering there due to not enough draft paralegal helping or attorney sue dcf now we help so many.god speed.as this is what is NEEDED to prevent your family from being investigated continually as falsify records file suit reach fbi but got to do it properly everyone.

My name is Edward Gordon and i live in Sanford,FL.I have custody of my 2 Daughters and i had to fight the greatgrandparents in a custody battle for almost 2years ad it cost me over $7000.00 to get custody.my children was reciving assistance before i got custody so i filed for assistance and was denied so i filed again and was denied again now its been almost 10years and now i know why.My children were still in there greatgrandparents name so i couldn’t recive any assistance and thats the way the casewrker wanted it because she told me on many occasions not to do this and leave my kids where they was and that wasn’t her job to tell me that so thats why i had to get a lawyer because my rights were going to be violated and at that time i could’t afford it but i wanted custody of my children because they are mine and i rised them the best i can.Iwant to file a law suit against D.C.F. hello: I just want too add that i completely understand what all of you have said about DCF/CPS workers lying etc. in the reports that have been filed in your states including California and Florida for the same Exact thing is happening too me right here in VERMONT!! All DCF workers have been lying, playing mind games with me in regards too my Innocent seven year old Daughter: Workers have said over and over that my child wasn’t taken as a form of punishment, she wasn’t taken to hurt me, They’d be very concerned if she didn’t want too return home, they believe/feel that i didn’t intentionally, malisciously cause harm: That they were concerned about my “Anger Issues” Now they’re telling me that they’re not asking/requesting for my parental rights to be terminated based on what i may or may not have done causing my child too be taken into custody: but now they’re concerned about my Mental sate of mind: Well i can honestly tell you that i’ve never been in Jail/Prison nor have i ever been in ANY form of mental Clinic/Hospital/Facilityor ever been made too take ANY form of mental medication. So with that being said: how can these Vermont DCF/CPS workers use any of this against me and try too take my one and only child permanently away from me?? All I can say is WOW what the heck are we going to do. With the cost to taxpayers in the millions for each of the falsified cases and the emeotional damage done to the brith parents the children and the adopted parets we have a very big problem.
I am the Author of the book “In the Worst Interest”.
We will never end child abuse when the social services across the country can side step the law and falsify documentation for a $10,000.00 per child bonus that they are being paid by DHS for getting foster care children into adopted families.

I am glad to see that there is at least a way that I can speak with a group who can relate to the corruption within the CPS unit. I live in NY and it has taken me thousands of various google searches to finally try to find an answer of how to make these workers held accountable for falsifying documents. Although my 5 children have remained in my care case notes and court petitions have been falsified and I have made this known to my court apponted attorney and still no resolution. The past 3 yrs I have fully complied with my court menu and they still falsify documents to keep this case ongoing. This is emotionally draining. I have been harassed and threatened for my kids to be taken away constantly while complying fully. This is a complete waste of tax payers money to be able to falsify court documents and have a higher official mandate unnessecary services. 4TH AMMENDMENT VIOLATION MY GRANDCHILD WAS TAKEN FROM $2,000.00 YEAR PRIVATE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL AND ADOPTED OUT AS AN UNWANTED ORPHAN. OCA SAID THEY DID AN INVESTIGATION, BUT DEPOSITIONS SHOW THAT CPS WORKER TOOK CHILD BECAUSE SHE WAS AFRAID I WOULD NOT TAKE CHILD TO HER FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT AT THE DENTIST. THIS WARRANTED HER BEING ADOPTED OUT IN DENTON COUNTY COURT 211. NO ONE WILL HELP. TRANSCRIPTS AND DEPOSITIONS OF CPS ARE AVAILABLE. MY ATTORNEY REFUSED TO USE DEPOSITIONS IN COURT TO DEFEND ME. CPS WORKER IMPLICATED HERSELF UNDER OATH.

To take some ones child is like taking there life me I will die as well kill for mine its sad to say one has to think like that when god say love everyone but its hard when your loveones is being torn from u like stray animals for money then to top it off they sill ain’t getting the love and care they real mother or farther give them they put these kids in foster homes and they have to fend for theyself or they or sexually abused I’m go continue to protect my children from all harm god gave me my children and only he can take them away .I’m a happy mother of 4 they doing well and I’m the one taking care of they needs and wants with my mother help.

Children are suffering every day because they simply want to go home. These people who kidnap kids from loving homes don’t care because they get paid for it. I think they should volunteer their time if they are interested in this field…if they have children, take theirs for a week or so, so that they can feel the pain we feel…Alaska Office of Children’s Services are criminals working for a criminal cabal. Their day will come, but in the meantime, we suffer from not having our babies home…

My story , I’m sorry I’m not leaving a comment about someone , didn’t know how to get something wrote on here . My daughter who is 15 was kidnapped by CPS false allegations . My daughter told the judge it’s lies and wants to come home . The only time my daughter been abused is by where COS put her , starved , threatened , stuff stolen . Sexually assaulted . This is documented . The CPS said and told Kayleigh if she complied and we did she would go home . We went to court and the CPS lady raised her had to a oath and lied several times , I was in shock that this could happen in America and this is Wayne County West Virginia they do what they want . I took papers to the judges office to prove she lied several times and took them to the CPS worker . How can she commit purgery and get away with it , how does the judge let this happen . Judges rule we can’t control my daughter therefore she is to stay in foster care . My daughter has gotten strait As and has not done anything . She was always on the honor role at home . She has always listened . I’m so afraid they will take her for good . I need a lawyer that costs 7,000 and more and most lawyers don’t want anything to do with Wayne county . What do I do ?
