Another tatic by Jackson County DFCS to Intimidate

Let’s once again visit the First Amendment under the United States Consititution which supersedes all state constitutions. The First Amendment is made up of basics rights- not privileges. For those of you who don’t know the difference let me just explain it via Websters Unibridged Dictonary:

Priviledge: the principles or condition of enjoying special rights or immunities. In other words owning a drivers license is a priviledge not a right. It can be taken away.

A Right: a just claim or title whether legal, prescriptive or moral. In other words, I have the right under the First Amendment to say what I please no matter in what form As does Alice Smantha Thomason.

Now here is the Wording of the First Amendment “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assembly; and to petition the Goverment for a redress of grievences.”

Now that we are all on the same page and understand the difference between rights and privileges – and since we all know the language of the first amendment. Let me once again, for those of you out there that still don’t understand, explain.

Under the rights not privileges of the First Amendment, I as the author of this blog and all other blogs have the right to post anything on this blog. It falls under freedom of speech and feedom of the press. That being said, My daughter Alice Samantha Thomason also under the rights not the privileges of the First Amendment has the right to talk to anyone about the abuse she and her children Shawna, Carly and Sara are suffering at the hands of Jackson County Ga DFCS.

Once again I was informed that she was told by her caseworker Katie Bice that if I didn’t “let up” they would not give her pictures of her children, she couldn’t take pictures of her children and that she couldn’t talk to me about anything. Well, that is not true. It is yet another one of the intimidation tatics they are using to “keep her quite” so they can sell her children.
The carrot they held in front of her was a phone number for her to call for housing and the schedule for her childrens softball games. This was allegedly given to her by the foster mother.
I explained to Samantha that the only reason she got those concessions was because of this blog. I also told her that she has the right to talk to whom ever she pleases whenever she pleases under her First Amendment Rights. I also explained to her that Katie Bice was using threats and intimidation to keep her frightened and under the thumb of DFCS. Remember they don’t want reunification. It says so right in their manual. They want to sell the kids. But if they can keep her off center and frightened- they will break her down.
This is their MO – this is how they operate.
This is part of the evidence I will be presenting on my radio show on Monday Night at 7:00pm on I have done my research. I have the degree. I have the manuals I have the facts.
The First Amendment is just one of many rights Child Protective Services abuses under the guise of secrecy. This is the faces of those who are currently still being abused by Jackson County Ga DFCS
