Jackson County Department of Family and Children Servcies is in the Business of Buying and Selling Children

Samantha and the girls

These are the children Jackson County DFCS is in the process of selling to the highest bidder

As most of you know my daughter Samantha Thomason has written a couple of blogs on this site. Well things for her have gotten worse. Jackson County Georgia Department of Family and Children Services are trying to strong arm her into signing over her children. They have no grounds for this stealing of her children. However, they are going to try and sell her children under the guise of the Adoption and Safe Families Act which was signed into law by Bill Clinton which gives the county up to 6000.00 per child that is adopted out. To add insult to injury the adopting family will make between 500- 700.00 per month per child until they reach 18 years old.

They have become bigger abusers than her boyfriend ever was.

Jackson County Georgia along with Rebecca last name unknown, Stephanine Smith DFCS case worker and Deidre last name unknown  have now become the abusers. Instead of giving Samantha a hand up they are punishing her because she is poor, the economy is bad and jobs are non existent in Jackson County – and housing  has a waiting line three days long. The family court judge refuses to listen and refuses to allow her any witnesses.

DFCS uses the excuse that the records are protected and her laywer can’t even get them as discovery. The reason they have no case. However, they continue to brow beat her- mentally abuse her threaten her and intimadate her – trying to force he to sign away her children.

This should be illegal they should be charged with abuse.

They won’t charge her with a criminal act because if they do then they have to turn over the files in discovery and they have no case.

It is time for her to stop being abused by the system. It is time they give her the children back and shut this thing down.

My cousin had her kids taken at gun point in 1997. She had a disagreement with a woman who owed her $300 and refused to pay but wanted her washer and dryer back. Well my cousin said when I get my money back. Made a prank call to CPS and a worker broke into her home with police at 10 o,clock at night and kidnapped them the twins from ther cribs. Amberlynn Gusman died in 30 in foster care at 22 months old Ashley is still missing. They accused my cousin of being unstable because she grived so hard over hher daughters death. Ashley was still sold for the $6,000. I feel the social workers need to be put in jail and charged with kidnapping. Get a book legal abuse syndrome by karen huffer about cps and get in touch with AFRA american family rights association. Your kids deserve to have a mother and be together.

I left out days Amberlynn died in 30 days after being taken from her mother. Her twin is left without her sister and no mother that is Ashley and where abouts unknown. Most social workers are on power trips narristic and do not care about the kids at all just want the money and will beat a child rape a child and even kill a child just to have the power to do it. Very sick country.

Jen thank you for commenting – I am so sorry about your cousin’s children. This is just part of the abuse that Jackson County DFCS and other Child Protection Agencies committ in their quest for funding and legal kidnapping of children. Those two little girls were stolen the same year Bill Clinton signed into law the Adoption and Safe Families Act – It guarentees money for the cofers of DFCS as well as the foster/adoptive families. As a published author this will be discussed in the book I am currently working to to expose the abuse by DFCS and the fact that CPS legally kidnaps and sells children for their own monetary gain. Georgia among other states are broke they have no money to pay the bills, by keeping the beds in foster and adoptive home filled they continue to fill their cofers, and jobs are secure. It is time to stop the abuse. It is time to shut off the money trail by following the money trail. If your sister would like for me to tell her story on this blog or my website have her contact me. I will be happy to.

Jenn I am so sorry about your cousins children and your cousin oh how my heart goes out to her. Let me say something here about her grieving, this hit a touchy subject with me. I am also a bereaved parent and I know how it feels to have judgement cast upon me for grieving “so long”, as in “You mean your mother is still grieving? My God it’s been a whole year now!” I know what it is like to have my grandchild “stolen” by the state. BUT my heart breaks even now reading your cousins story of what occurred in 1973. Never have I known the agonizing, heart wrenching pain that your cousin experienced when both of her twin children, Amberlynn and Ashley Gusman, ages 22 months baby girls were kidnapped at 10PM at gunpoint by OUR Child Protective Services and OUR police. THEN while in the care of CPS her little baby girl Amberlynn passed away within 30 days of her traumatic separated from her mother and possibly her sister as well. NOT ONLY were they in the care of OUR Child Protection Services BUT apparently under order of authority from one of OUR Judges. Apparently it started with a prank telephone call to OUR CPS that apparently stemmed from a minor verbal altercation over $300.00 and a washer and dryer

Jenn I would love to know about this story. If your cousin would like to be a guest on my radio show on Blog Talk Radio ” Victims of the State” I would really like to meet her and if she is able to tell her story, I have a feeling she will help at least one person and that is a healing feeling, to know that through your pain you can help others. She was forever changed, I know.

Once again I am so sorry.

Yvonne, hun hon I am praying things are ok today but listen. I have a feeling you already talked to your daughter but I advised mine NOT to sign no matter what they promised her and one of those things would be the possibility of having at least some form of contact with them, (entirely up to their adoptive parents who can change their minds any time) My reason is this, if Katie had signed her rights away, her child would have felt that she just did not want her period or she would have fought for me. I said, “fight, damn it baby, they have you believing that you are no good, not a good mother and that’s not true, THEY are in the wrong, not you. She never signed and right now the adoptive mother is allowing her to see her and go to church with them which is very unusual but she seems to really care about Katie and I thank god for that. Katie however is running from the pain…she had PTSD when this started and once again suffered grief on top of grief and I am so worried about her. Judge Key ruined my childs life beginning when she was a little girl at age 11/12, I guess he just wasn’t happy enough with what he did to her so he took her first and only child permanently away and we have been told that never will she be able to keep any of her children should she choose to have any because they would be watching and waiting at the delivery!!!!! How about that? No matter what her circumstances are, does not matter to them. Of course A GOOD LAWYER if we could have found one to take our case but no one would, they could have beat this and also the rule of once a TPR always a TPR, I don’t believe it. I have seen my late husband use it and it worked almost every time but he was relenting!

Yvonne I’m going to email you about the radio show.
