Another Foster Care Provider Who Wants Her Fifteen Minutes of Fame

 

 

Yesterday in my in box I received the comment below in regard to a post on this site. It was written on the post that talks about the fact that foster parents don’t pay taxes on their blood money.  Apparently this foster care provider has a huge case of the guilts for her to make such rash statements about something she knows nothing about. And yet she accuses me of not knowing anything. First of all let me preface this by saying, I have forgotten more than she will ever know. I have spent years and I mean years researching this broken system. My degree is in Criminal Justice and believe me when I say I know what the hell I am talking about – so with that being said let’s continue to give Ms. Rebecca her fifteen minutes of fame which she apparently so desperately needs in order to justify her position.

“You have no idea what you are talking about. I have spent the last two years taking care if five foster children all of which we either have or are going to adopt. Seeing has your grandchildren’s lives were turned upside down don’t you think they deserve that money and all the good it will do for them. I assure you we make no profit off foster children. We spend every cent of that money and tons more on children that are yet to be ours, because of people like your daughter neglected them and failed to take care of them. You yourself could have taken those children in and received the funds my question to you would be why didn’t you. Your grandchildren were not takin just b/c of money. Before you go posting blogs about something you know nothing about get your facts straight. If you want to post a blog about something important how about all the children in foster care and who live there entire lives in the system b/c of sorry parents!!!!”

So let’s break down her childish comment. First ”You have no idea what you are talking about. I have spent the last two years taking care if(she can’t even spell of right)  five foster children all of which we either have or are going to adopt”

She states that I have no idea what I am talking. Then she goes on to state that she has spent the last two years taking care of – wait for it – five foster kids that they are going to adopt. Well there you go! That is the key- money. She is already getting paid to babysit these children and will be paid even more when she adopts them until they are 18 and she kicks them to the curb.

“ Seeing has your grandchildren’s lives were turned upside down don’t you think they deserve that money and all the good it will do for them. I assure you we make no profit off foster children. We spend every cent of that money and tons more on children that are yet to be ours, because of people like your daughter neglected them and failed to take care of them” This one really made me laugh. First of all she puts the fact that she earns money off the children back on the children. Really? That money could have been used to help that parent to take care of their own children. But wait it gets better. Her statement that she had to step in because the of “the fact that people, like my daughter negelcted them and failed to take care of them.” This one is so laughable it - reminds me of a child trying to make excuses for the trouble they are in. I am not even going to justify that ridiculous statement with an answer – except to say when one ASSUMES- one makes an ass out of you and me. She has no clue about my daughter or any of those parents all she knows are the lies told by DCF!  And one last note these children will never ever be yours. When they are old enough they will find their parents. You are just a temporary stopping off place. They are not and never will be yours.

She says they make no profit off those children well I beg to differ, the woman who has Sam’s children built a brand new house off the backs of seven foster kids.

“You yourself could have taken those children in and received the funds my question to you would be why didn’t you.” This comment made me roll off the couch. While it is none of her business wey I couldn’t take the children just this once I will make this statement. I live out of state – and we all know DCF will not transfer out of state because they lose the money. Second my husband is disabled. So in order to satisfy her morbid curiosity this once I will explain.

If you want to post a blog about something important how about all the children in foster care and who live there entire lives in the system b/c of sorry parents!!!!” And now for the most asinie and stupid statement of all she saved it for last probably because she ran out of supposed logic. Rebecca my facts are straight, I have all the research to prove it. As far as your last statement, there is no law against being poor that does not make a parent sorry. There is no law that says a parent has to make a fortune to be a good parent. As for your information if you had read the entire site you would have seen children lost in the system who have been abused and murdered in foster care – these same children who were taken out of supposed bad homes then placed in homes where they were murdered- so before you talk to me about sorry parents – look at the foster care providers who earn money off the backs of these children and then get away with murder with the State as their accomplices.

So Rebecca here is your fifteen minutes of fame. You can sit and spew rhetoric and false statements all day long to justify the fact that you have stolen children in your home. Children who are stolen by a system that is broke. Children whose lives are foever changed when they are thown into a strangers home and expected to do all the adjusting. Children who are ripped crying from their parents arms by total strangers and placed in home where they will never ever be loved or accepted for themselves. Children who are bought and sold simply because there are those who can. In this country we still have the 13th Amendment. If you don’t know what it says take the time to read it. You Rebecca are part of the problem not the solution. You are a slaveholder and get paid to do it.
